Don’t go here go to another one! Coffee is never made right and they put extremely too much sugar and it’s intentional. If you want diabetes then this is your place. If you complain about anything they retaliate in the form of putting too much sugar in your coffee.Extremely unprofessional behavior from those employees. I returned a crumbled up donut and the guy at the window raised his voice and began yelling as to why I should have no problem taking it. If I’m spending my money then I would appreciate a donut not crumbled and squeezed. Thrown in the bag with no napkins. Yeah I kept coming back since I live right around the corner. I’m going to start driving to the one on Princeton Ave. They always give the best donuts and coffee. Trust me on this! Since I work near Wawa I’m just going to get my fix at Wawa this time.

My experience, over and over, has been to go in there with a happy / neutral demeaner and walk out frustrated and upset. They are extremely rude people. From the woman at the counter to the men at the window. The only thing I can do is stop spending my money here. 7-eleven is right across the street, and that young man is very friendly. Never again.

I went to the counter and clearly said I wanted the Meal Deal for $6. The girl entered everything and I paid. Then I looked at the receipt and saw it was $10, so I asked why it wasn’t $6. Some random male employee started yelling, “TOO LATE! TOO LATE!” — completely ridiculous. Don’t hire employees who don’t even know how to talk to customers.

I ignored all the bad reviews and decided to try this location, my god it was the worst customer service ever!!!! They are extremely slow and they will take forever to get ur order in the drive through. I tried to make a simple request for my bagel but they didn’t understand what I wanted and end up telling me that’s how we make it either take it or leave it, tried to speak to the manager to understand what was the issue thinking he might be a little nicer and re-educate his employees on how to provide better service but he was extremely rude!!! I usually don’t leave any reviews even if I get bad service but this time it was unbelievably bad, never going back again.

I have been frequenting this location (usually the drive through) for 10 years. The quality of customer service over the past year as taken a nose dive, as has the quality of the drinks…coffee is always burnt, especially the iced coffees. I have stopped going there in the mornings as the service is so slow and unfriendly.

Horrible Manager encounter 5/15/25. I ordered a XL Carmel Hot coffee with 2 creams and 1 liquid sugar and headed to work I got to work and took a sip and it was bitter so I looked at the label on the cup and it said regular coffee I opened the cup and the coffee is dark.
When I called the store I was told to bring the coffee back or bring it back tomorrow so they could pull the camera and see, SEE what I am not sure so I ask for the mgr and he said I am the manager.
First of all why would I leave my job and go back to the store and second of all why would I lug a full cup of coffee from the office back to my car and drive home with it leave it in my car overnight only to take it back to them the next day. Sir why are we playing a game of hee haw?
He said he has to pull the camera why, did I rob your store sir.
Sir I can afford a cup of coffee I don’t have to lie to you over $3.51.
Remember it’s the customer that has your business open and as a business owner sometimes you have to take a small loss ESPECIALLY since your employee made the mistake. It’s water and a few coffee grains along with some cream and sugar. I told him I would write a bad review for the store to which he replied YOU DO THAT.
So I hung up and wrote the review, a few minutes later my phone rang and he was busting through my phone trying to talk to me SIR YOU TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL WHY WOULD I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU now.

BEWARE!
Drive thru service is the SLOWEST I’ve ever been in! They’re the most inefficient one in the area. Be prepared to stay in line for 15+ minutes. I usually do mobile order and walk in but I was in PJ’s and it was freezing so I decided to stay in drive thru. 20 minutes of waiting! Crazy!
