I frequently visit this Dunkin location and 90% of the time my order is always wrong. The guy that’s frequently at the drive thru is not customer friendly, always has a sarcastic grin when I ask him to confirm my order because he always gets it wrong.

This got to be the most racist Dunkin Donut in the US. I went there one afternoon to buy coffee and a sourdough sandwich after driving 15 hours doing Uber. I was completely drained from all the driving so I decided to get a little rest at the parking lot. It didn't take more than 5 minutes for someone from the restaurant to approach me and ask me if I was lost. I was a little confused by the question but I replied and said No. He looked at me funny and walked back to the restaurant. Another 5 minute went by and another man came out of the restaurant and asked me if they can help me. And again I said No, I'm fine. It didn't take long for a third person to come out of the restaurant to ask me the same question. At this point I felt harassed and questioned the man if I was doing anything wrong. He then said yes we don't entertain people like you around here. I was shock and became very angry. When he saw i was getting angry he quickly changed his tone and said it for security reasons. Security reasons for simply trying to take a little nap? This makes wonder if the food i bought was done properly. In no on earth should anybody be treated like the way I did. So let this be a warning to all people of color. Please for the love of God stay away from this fast food restaurant. They can't be trusted....

Got the $6 meal deal and the bacon was burnt, they tried to hide it by covering it with the egg. Hash browns were cold. I asked for med coffee light and sweet and it was awful. Definitely not light and sweet. I don’t usually come to this location and it will be my last time. I honestly feel they did this because I used my card and had no cash to tip.

This is for Dunkin Guys, if you really don't want to loose your reputation, change the management at this store, these guys doesn't even understand english, today I ordered the chicken wrap, they gave me cold one and loaded fries with bacon, I ordered just loaded fries when I went back management was very rude, worst experience ever in USA so far

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but my recent experience was disappointing at this location. The breakfast wrap was cold, the hash browns weren’t fresh, and my medium latte was only half-filled. I hope this feedback helps improve future orders.

What the staff got going for them is efficient and they are very friendly and fast but the food doesn't come out accurate or correct my coffee wasn't complicated and neither was my sandwich but my sandwich bread was burnt and coffee missing things tastes different than what I received from my favorite dunkin
