Ewing bagel... where do I begin this place is AMAZING from the Price, food, great selection of food (breakfast and lunch), taste, the people, (from the greeting when you walk in to the thank you have a good day when you leave also the cooks must love it there too... you can taste it in the food 😋) also customer service (if they forget something bec they are busy they WILL FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT RIGHT 😁) Customer service means alot to me and this place cares about you from the cleanliness to the service to the food this place is the absolute BEST! If you haven't been here you need to try it... You will leave with a smile on your face and your stomach will thank you! 😁 Thank you ewing bagel for the great service and food!

The wait time here is way too high waited 30 minutes for a 2 bagels. The one girl also had a cold and kept wiping her nose with the back of her hand and didnt wash her hands after she was handling food.
Edit: and the owner is extremely rude instead of addressing an issue with his employees he attacks customers online. I didn't know you needed a medical degree to know wiping your nose with your hand then handling food is bad.

I really wanted to like this place because the bagels themselves are actually somewhat decent. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins the experience. Staff were dismissive and unsanitary, and the overall vibe felt tense and uncomfortable.
After reading how management responds to other negative reviews, I hesitated to even post this, but the pattern seems consistent. If the customer service matched the quality of the bagels, this place could be great. Until then, I won’t be returning.

I used to go to Udos and NY bagel but since this place opened, I can't get enough. The bagels are so fluffy and have such a great satisfying bite everytime. Def my favorite bagels and I go to NYC often, that says alot. Don't walk here, RUN

Got food poisoning literally ordered blueberry with sausage egg and cheese got worst stomach cramps the eggs or meat was either not made properly or something else. Diarrhea on another level I never have stomach issues or ever got food poisoning but that bagel did me wonders even went to the hospital smh never again

I love going to the Ewing Bagel Shop. The staff and owners are incredibly kind and helpful. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been delicious and any time I’m undecided they do a great job of making good recommendations. One day I spoke with one of the owners about the type of Caesar dressing I like and the next time I came in he had it in stock. You can’t beat that kind of amazing customer service!!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!!!
