Super unfortunate experience here. They spelled the worst “first” wrong on my daughter’s cake. This should have been caught before I left the bakery, However, they show you the cake from 7 feet away behind the casement full of baked goods so you can barely even see it. My main concern was her name. I sent a text stating exactly what I wanted written and ALSO sent a picture. She told me it wasn’t a big deal and to scrape it off or she would compensate me $15 (Which would cost more in gas and tolls to get back there) or give back the entire cake so she can resell it hrs before our party. She proceeded to tell me she should’ve charged me more money. There is a major language barrier at this bakery for mediocre cake. They lost my business. If you want it done right, do not go here.

My boyfriend got me this cake for my 21st birthday! The cake looks almost exactly like the inspiration photo, tasted fantastic, and the staff was willing to fix an error with the name on the cake quickly! Exactly what I was hoping for :)

Very very very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful people. Don't respect that pickup time or day even. They can also forget to make the cake... yup. They wait last minute to tell you it won't be ready on time and if you complain they threaten you not to make it anymore and they know it's last minute so you'll bend. Oh and they tell you pay fast, pay. As you are not going to pay anyways. Very unprofessional, a family business, where there's kids, grandma and it's a huge mess. The owner is never there but she shows up to be nasty. Worst experience ever. Take your business elsewhere if you want a better experience. I only ordered from them because they promised to finish on time and couldn't keep up. Paid close to 300usd for 3 tiny cakes filled with butter cream, wrong flavors... Ridiculous!

I ordered a two cakes from this bakery for my mom’s 60th birthday, and my nephew’s third. unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I specifically requested a chocolate and vanilla cake. However, when I picked it up, the cake was entirely vanilla and missing a few details from the picture I sent.
When I pointed out the issues i had with the cake , the staff rushed to make adjustments, but it felt hasty and unprofessional. While I appreciate the effort to fix the mistakes, the end result still didn’t meet my expectations. They also rush me out the store and didn’t even tried to make up for not meeting my expectations. I guess since they got paid making sure the customer is happy is not important. I spent $400 on two cakes and left feel Unhappy with my purchase.
For a bakery known for custom cakes, I expected better attention to detail and customer service. Sadly, this experience left me underwhelmed, and I will not be returning.
The bakery prices went up and the cake portion is less. There is so much icing packed on top with a thin layer of cake. I bought a 10 inch cake for 60.00 and the box they had it in was so light. I thought the box was practically empty for a 10 inch cake..They put lots of icing on it to hide the length of the cake so it can look presentable . If you don’t believe me please go purchase a cake there. Why not give people the satisfaction of the money they paid for.

I was then instructed to text a reference picture to an unknown number and then I received a reply of what date I needed it for, and after that, it went radio silence. I’ve called this establishment and no one has gotten back to me. Please save your time and energy.
