Wonderful Cake!!!! Light…moist and delicious… I purchased a sheet cake for an office party… strawberry filling and whipped cream topping… it was the best ‘work’ dessert ever. Everyone loved it!!!! I recently moved to the neighborhood and googled a cake shop near me “Ewing Cake” came up, so I stopped by last minute to get two cakes for my kids’ birthday. The lady who helped me (I think she’s the owner) was very pleasant and helpful. I’m so impressed with the team and how they were able to fulfill my vision with only three days’ notice. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible, but they made it happen!
It was my first time there, and it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you, Ewing Cake—y’all are amazing!

This is the only bakery i order all cakes from. The cakes are delicious, moist and perfectly balanced with sugar. Plus they do amazing work on the decorations and they legit do what you ask. As in flavor, filling and decor. The staff is super sweet and great on timing. I have ordered a cake atleast 2 days in advance and never had a problem at pick up. The owner definitely puts her passion and love into making the cakes. ❤️ 🎂
I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering because this was unfortunately my first and last experience here. My friend placed an order for a cake for a surprise party, and from the start, communication was confusing. During the initial call, she was told to text the cake details and a reference photo, which she did. She was told the cake would be ready with no problem and that she would receive a confirmation call the next day, but that call never came. When WE followed up the next day, the staff seemed clueless about the order, so we had to repeat all the information again. On pickup day, the cake looked nothing like what we described or sent in the picture. To make matters worse, there was no wording on the cake at all, even though it was part of the original request. When we asked for it to be fixed, they initially refused, and after some back and forth, they ended up writing the wording on the base of the cake stand instead of on the cake itself like we originally wanted. When we asked about a partial refund for the mistake, we were told we could either take the cake as is or leave it. Since payment had already been made, we had no choice but to take it as it was. Overall, I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism was truly disappointing.

This place has terrible customer service. I have had two bad experiences with them now. The first time I ordered a cake a week ahead of the event on the online ordering service and when I showed up on the day of the event, they said that they never received the order. The second time I asked for writing on the cake and confirmed with an employee, but when I got to the store, the writing was not on the cake. The owner of the store was rude and disrespectful and told me “just don’t take the cake then” without any discount or refund. They were incredibly disrespectful and would never order from them again.

I placed a last-minute birthday order with Ewing Cake for a yellow cake with chocolate mousse, and it turned out absolutely perfect! The cake was delicious, not too sweet and all my guests loved it. Best of all, it was made exactly how my daughter requested. Highly recommend for both taste and service!

I love this bakery and have been using them for years! I want to give a special shoutout for fulfilling a last minute birthday cake order for me on Sunday. We were able to pick up the cake within 3 hours! It was more than I hoped for! Their buttercream is AMAZING and it went perfectly with the vanilla cake and fudge filling. They decorated according to my request and added beautiful sparkling flower accents with a strawberry border. It made my 70 year old friend overjoyed. Much appreciated!!

I was on the phone with someone of the stuff members she was so rude rushing me off the phone as if she’s so busy instead of helping me. She got so frustrated with me! Worst service i ever experienced! I wouldn’t spend my money here. The customer service sucks.

Super unfortunate experience here. They spelled the worst “first” wrong on my daughter’s cake. This should have been caught before I left the bakery, However, they show you the cake from 7 feet away behind the casement full of baked goods so you can barely even see it. My main concern was her name. I sent a text stating exactly what I wanted written and ALSO sent a picture. She told me it wasn’t a big deal and to scrape it off or she would compensate me $15 (Which would cost more in gas and tolls to get back there) or give back the entire cake so she can resell it hrs before our party. She proceeded to tell me she should’ve charged me more money. There is a major language barrier at this bakery for mediocre cake. They lost my business. If you want it done right, do not go here.
