I placed an online order and had issue with my order. I called in thrice to get my query resolved and the staff was so rude once they cut the call without resolving my problem, the second time I called they did the same thing again. Is that how people help their customer with the order ? Absolutely disappointing.

BEWARE: REPORT TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT Potential food tampering... After several successful orders got one that was almost cold. Expressed my concern. The next order was for a friend and child. The cookies were cold and hard, the box looked recycled with another thing on it (sanitary issues) and the box hand cool content labels on it. Seemed like a deliberate response to the temperature complaint. Spiteful and playing with customer health is criminal. There will absolutely be an investigation so this does not happen to someone else.

Thank you to CJ! He helped this Texas mom make sure her college freshman daughter received her cookies Door dash left the cookies at a random location. CJ then rebaked, drove and hand delivered to make sure my daughter had her cookies. The next day a student found my daughter and said she found the door dashed cookies and felt bad my daughter didn’t get them so she ordered some cookies and hand delivered them to my daughter. Thank you CJ and the girl who showed kindness ♥️

I just got off the phone with an EXTREMELY RUDE shift lead. This lady gave instant attitude. I called to ask if there were any deals for it being National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day and immediately her attitude took my business from there. I asked for her name and she didn’t provide it. So unfortunately I will not be giving my business to this company. Terrible customer service!!!

Walked in, didn’t say a word and the girl at the counter said they’re only taking mobile orders and pickup orders before we even said anything, Mind you It’s only 11:00pm so not sure if that’s how they do things but overall very rude first enCOUNTER. Didn’t tell us they didn’t have brownies after we already ordered and went to pick it up. She also said there was no more cookies in cream in the bucket which there was she didn’t want to scoop the bottom of it. Very disappointing and the cookies weren’t soft they were warm. Also forgot to give us one of our ice creams and messed up 2 flavors of them.
Terrible, just make your own homemade cookies. Tiny, expensive, thin and overall does not taste good. For the price, it is one of the greatest rip offs i've ever seen. So many better cookie spots, even homemade is 5x better. Wouldn't buy this for my worst enemy.
Busting cookies, and open until 3 AM. Take my money please.

Their cookies are great when they are fresh and warm! The only issue I have with this location is when I went in to buy cookies and milk the price was not the same on the menu as what they charged me. They said they recently changed the price and well the menu should reflect that.
