I was standing outside and they saw me and didn’t open the door and it was after 11. Just rude. No respect for the customer
I placed an online order and had issue with my order. I called in thrice to get my query resolved and the staff was so rude once they cut the call without resolving my problem, the second time I called they did the same thing again. Is that how people help their customer with the order ? Absolutely disappointing.

BEWARE: REPORT TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT Potential food tampering... After several successful orders got one that was almost cold. Expressed my concern. The next order was for a friend and child. The cookies were cold and hard, the box looked recycled with another thing on it (sanitary issues) and the box hand cool content labels on it. Seemed like a deliberate response to the temperature complaint. Spiteful and playing with customer health is criminal. There will absolutely be an investigation so this does not happen to someone else.

Thank you to CJ! He helped this Texas mom make sure her college freshman daughter received her cookies Door dash left the cookies at a random location. CJ then rebaked, drove and hand delivered to make sure my daughter had her cookies. The next day a student found my daughter and said she found the door dashed cookies and felt bad my daughter didn’t get them so she ordered some cookies and hand delivered them to my daughter. Thank you CJ and the girl who showed kindness ♥️
