If there was an award for the most Deplorable customer service, this place would win hands down. The young girl in the fronts attitude strongly compliments her customer service which is dull and lifeless. . As if she doesn't even care about being there. Attire was highly unprofessional as if literally rolled out of bed to work. Ordered my food with the hard to read menu written on a piece of paper and pen. Once my food was placed, I was not feeling the Vibez and knocked on the door to cancel my food. Once the door opened. I realized that I didn't smell any food cooking at all. I asked for my money back and with an attitude the young girl returned my money. The only positive attribute about this experience was getting my money back to order from somewhere else. Hopefully they make changes to protect their Brand.

The worst. The menu is written in pen on 8,5x,6 paper, taped to plexiglass with no pricing. The young woman who wants on you looks like she just got out of bed and is so tired. I could hardly hear her when she spoke and acted like she would rather be anywhere else. I ordered 2 beef patties and one piece of coco bread. I got 2 pieces of coco bread and one beef patty. The man cooking in the back, seemed more concerned about getting back to what they were watching on the telly. Beef patties and Coco bread are basically heat and eat items. I am quite sure the are not making either in the store..it smelled like there was no kind of cooking ever in that store. If you can't go to Brooklyn anywhere down Nostrand Ave and get some real Caribbean food, don't waste your time or money here. The sell Holden Crust and tower Isle beef patties at Shop Rite.

If I could give no stars that would be it. The food is beyond salty. How is the rice full of salt. I ordered the oxtails rice and peas and callaoo all salt no flavor. I wasted my money. Couldn’t even eat it.

I had goat, callalou, and rice and beans-The goat and the rice and beans were perfect, the only thing I can suggest is less salt in the callalou. I have eaten Jamaiican food before and think this restaurants food good and the people who took my order were very pleasant. This is a takeout restaurant.

I made time for this review! I ordered a small curry chicken for $8. It was served in a lunch special small square tray with three small pieces of chicken. The chicken served did not equal a thigh. The rice was hard and dry. The chicken had no flavor and tasted nothing like curry. It was empty when I arrived and I should have walked away. I decided to support the new business . I then realized they have been there for a year with no buzz. I ordered by that time and was hoping for the best. I was pleasantly disappointed as one worker was very sweet and the others were rude. How can you be rude with no customers. Go to Scotch Bonnet or even better Bamboo. I was lazy this time I won’t be again.

First time ordering from there and when I got in my car with the food, immediately something didn't smell right. Stopped at another store and when I got back in my car it smelled very bad, hoping it wasn't the chicken. I smelled the oxtails, they were great, smelled the chicken, also good. But when I got to the cabbage, foul smell and bad taste I was not expecting it to be the cabbage but it was bad on both of my trays.

The reason I'm giving this restaurant a 1 star rating is because I asked for a beef patty, Cabbage, and Ginger beer. but they missed all of that and now I'm stuck with cold beans, rice and beef. I'm so mad y'all forgot half of my things that I payed for ?
