Customer service is always good when I visit this particular Jersey Mike's. My food is always ready for pick-up & the staff are friendly & accommodating. I decided this location gained me as a regular now. As a matter of fact I am going there tomorrow to get a turkey hoagie on the rosemary Parmesan bread! DELICIOUS!

The staff is very professional and organized.
They have a system of working together that's a pleasure to watch and respect one another.
I get #13 the Original Italian in a bowl it's so good.
I love to watch the staff chop up the meat, tomatoes and onions preparing the salad great system.
The staff is always so nice and welcoming, greeting you with a hello and smile when you enter.
I love the Jersey Mike's of Ewing.

Always fresh and made to order. The staff is friendly as well.
Great lunch stop for a fresh sandwich. The customer service was acceptable standard. The star was the rosemary mini bread. Delicious. I will be back on my next sandwich stop. I did miss the black pepper on my sandwich. Enjoy.

The general manager IS RUDE AND HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. First and last time i will ever visit this location. The public should know about this person’s attitude towards customers. As for corporate, please re evaluate who you give important roles to. This dudes a joke. Employees were nice but he was awful. Giving 1 star because i can’t give 0. He chose the wrong one to be rude and nasty to because i will make it KNOWN for everyone to see. Disappointing experience

I went to Jersey mikes yesterday (9/21) a little after 8:30 to try and get a sub but they had closed early? I didn't expect this since their hours are until 9 pm. I usually go to jersey mikes for dinner but considering this is probably the second time this has happened in the last month I don't want to walk all the way there only for them to close 30 minutes early.
