Priced up our order we got a whole and split it but they charged for 2 regulars - scammers
When I told him you’re charging me extra 8 dollars compared to a whole (28 instead of 20) he said the regulars have an extra slice of cheese…. My brother I don’t what you’re smoking and if that 8 dollars goes into your paycheck but you need a lesson on customer service - WORSE JERSEY MIKES LOCATION DIRTY GLOVED ON TOP OF IT ALL

Supporting local businesses is important to me, but the way they’re managed says a lot about the overall experience. I stopped by my local Jersey Mike’s this week — which is something I do regularly. I ordered a viral sandwich that turned out a little messy, but that wasn’t the issue.
The same person who made my sandwich also rang me up — without changing his gloves. He touched the register screen, bags, counters, and who knows what else, all with the same gloves he used to make my food. Then he went right back to preparing sandwiches… still no glove change.
So I calmly walked over to the manager, who had already seemed pretty dismissive when I walked in. I could tell that he wasn't interested in any niceties with me, since he was saving them for the non-minority make that walked in after me. I said, “You may want to let him know that he needs to change his gloves.” The manager asked, “Why?” I explained, “Because he made my sandwich, checked me out, touched the screen, and then went back to making sandwiches.” His response? “Did he touch cash?”
I replied, “Why does that matter? He’s spreading germs.” But it was clear he didn’t care — not one bit.
That will be my last visit to that location. Period.

Visited this store last evening, while picking up our daughter from college. Have to say, store was very busy and the team all worked very well together serving customers and all were very friendly and helpful. Met Dylan Ryan the manager and he was extremely Pleasent and show to be a true leader to his team and the customers. The young lady on the grill was awesome and amazing (our daughter!) Thanks Jersey Mikes!

Had to have a Jersey Mike’s while in New Jersey. I got what I always get. A regular Italian Mike’s way, with mustard and mayo. They were polite and quick and I ate the sub in my car in the parking lot. A big mess, but incredibly delicious and consistent with every other sandwich I’ve had at all of the Jersey Mike’s across the country. I drove away full and pleased.

Customer service is always good when I visit this particular Jersey Mike's. My food is always ready for pick-up & the staff are friendly & accommodating. I decided this location gained me as a regular now. As a matter of fact I am going there tomorrow to get a turkey hoagie on the rosemary Parmesan bread! DELICIOUS!
