I ordered through grubhub TWICE! AND EACH TIME I DID NOT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR! On top of that I live about 20mins away (if that) and my food is always around 2 hours late! Imagine ordering from a place that close to you, waiting two hours, and then the order is missing HALF the food. This place is horrible! You cant read your own order screens???? If I order a 2 for 6 it means I get TWO items, not ONE...its not that hard. And its YOUR MENU PROMO!! IN SHORT...HIRE BETTER STAFF!
Disappointed.. love their coleslaw, ordered at the drive thru got all the way home to dig into my meal and no coleslaw.. �.. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
Today I ordered a $5 fill up Zinger sandwich meal. I asked for bacon & cheese to be added for $1.00 more. I asked to eat in and I was served as a to go. The sandwich had wilted very poor looking lettuce on it that had to be removed. The cheese was not even melted or the bacon crispy. The chicken patty itself was barely warm. On a better note the wedges were good as was the biscuit, the cookie & the coleslaw. I ate the meal as I was so famished and felt so dissatisfied and disappointed...read full review
