I cannot thank Carlos and Max for going the extra mile to find my phone.
Yesterday evening I went with friends to the Panera on the Campus of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ. When I got home I realized I did not have my phone. I was able to track my phone back to Panera. When I called them I spoke to Carlos, the manager. He said no one turned in the phone and he checked with the diners at the table where I sat to no avail. He suggested that I check with Panera in the morning.
I was so upset I could not wait until the morning so a friend and I drove back last night before they closed. As my friend and I arrived in the parking lot my husband called from home and said Carlos called to say he found the phone and put it in the safe for safekeeping.
It seems that after the table where I sat was cleared Carlos and a co-worker, Max, checked the area again. This time they removed the cushion where I was sitting and there was my phone. Carlos realized that my call to Panera checking about the phone was the last incoming call at the restaurant so he called it to tell us that he and Max found the phone.
Thank you so much Carlos and Max.

Food is terrible and far too expensive for what you get.

I think a wild opossum could pack a delivery order better than this place. It is actually remarkable. I would rather starve than give this location another chance.

The girl handling the food was very rude and made the process awkward.

So, I saw some bad reviews, but I honestly only came here to leave a review, bc my service was SO excellent. I ordered food for “dine in” and sat at the outside table. A man, I think the manager, named Eddy came out to personal get me and walk the food out with me. He waited on my family and I like we were royalty. The place seemed very well kept, organized, and clean. That specific employee was sure making the difference. He was everywhere, talking to everyone, and doing a great job. I was only there bc we were driving through the area, and my mom had a gift card, but this experience changed my entire outlook on Panera.

I recently visited Panera and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, and it was delicious—creamy and packed with flavor.
A special shoutout to Ivy, the employee who took my order. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude truly made my day. I’ll definitely be back for more tasty food and excellent service! Highly recommend!

My friend graduated yesterday as a RN. We stop to get a bite to eat and was pleased with ones preparing our food, however the restaurant’s bathroom was nasty ? and the employees behind the register could be more customer service
