It's generally takeout only, but I love the flavor of these pretzels. My only complaint is that the wait time is sometimes longer than I like.

Usually very good place. I ordered a cheesesteak pretzel cup and asked for fresh rivet cup also since I have to wait 10 minutes for the cheesesteak ones. He told me the rivets up front are just put in. I said ok but since I have to wait, can I just get fresh everything. He repeated himself and I again said the same thing and he repeated himself again. I just canceled my whole order and walked out. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Store closes whenever they want. They are supposed to be open until 6pm. I left work early on two occasions and they were closed at 5pm.

Great service - friendly staff. Another local Philly Pretzel location failed me today and did not make my prearranged order. They took an emergency order over the phone and they were ready in 30 minutes. The best!

Worst service !I greeted the server first and she never even replied anything back?? She looked at me like I had two heads seemed in a horrible mood..I let that slide..I ask for 50 pretzels split into 5 small paper bags ( because they were different customers)Gave me a total attitude that she is charging me for the bags !!! WTHI WAS READY TO WALK OUTI stated very politely “ ru kidding me?I’m giving you business!The son agreed with me and off I wentNever never again will I buy from them worst everI visit Philly pretzels all over the state and never had I had such a miserable person behind the counter

Best customer service. I went in to buy pretzel nuggets and manager touched pretzels and said they were not as soft and made me fresh pretzels. That is great customer service as most places would just sell to you. Entire staff was friendly. When I want a pretzel I know which location to go to

This is the third year in a row that I tried to pre order before the super bowl and they have cancelled my order and told me they can’t make me anything. The first 2 years i gave them the benefit of the doubt because I ordered bigger trays but this year i tried to order a SMALL rivet box before the super bowl MORE than 24 hours in advance and they still called literally 5 minutes later and cancelled my order. COME ON… that is literally 20 freaking pretzel bites that i’m ordering so far in advance. If you don’t have the capacity to do business then why do you have your restaurant posted online for online orders and also on grubhub, doordash, etc. Completely unacceptable.

Order & pay online. Order ready 1st thing in the AM. Hot and fresh pretzel trays with choice of dips. Been there 2 times and had the same experience. Prices OK. Plenty of parking. Clean.
