Just stopped in to grab two pretzels this morning and their credit card machine was down. I went out to my car to try to find some cash and only had what was needed for the pretzels, was about 50 cents short on the dip. While I was gone she must have slipped a third pretzel in because I realized halfway through my ride home that I ate one and still had two left 😂

Great service - friendly staff. Another local Philly Pretzel location failed me today and did not make my prearranged order. They took an emergency order over the phone and they were ready in 30 minutes. The best!

Best customer service. I went in to buy pretzel nuggets and manager touched pretzels and said they were not as soft and made me fresh pretzels. That is great customer service as most places would just sell to you. Entire staff was friendly. When I want a pretzel I know which location to go to
