Yes, PJs... But charging a high price for pancakes, then a surcharge of $4 for a little cup of maple syrup!? $5/pint at TJ's. Nope.

The menu seems to be a bit on the expensive side, but the quality and quantity of food make it worth it.
I highly recommend the Mexishuka for a hearty breakfast that's not found on any typical breakfast menu around here.

I had the two fer breakfast upgraded to include the strawberry cannoli French toast and it was amazing!😍 It satisfied a craving. My server, Colin, was very attentive. I asked him for a few extra things and he got them without hesitation or aggravation. I'll probably avoid going on the weekends in the future; I prefer going on weekdays when it's dead. 😅

The food was good. We just had a very inexperienced, slow, scattered, & possibly overwhelmed and/or anxious waiter. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.
Due to that, it took a very, very long time to order our: drinks, food, & drink refills.
I try to give the benefit of the doubt. So, I’ll give it another chance / go.

Decent breakfast spot. Gets busy on weekends. Pancakes are good. Tried the Nutella strawberry banana one and everything was great

Unsure if they have a new cook, but the food wasn't as tasty during the last visit.

Place was pretty empty so it was clean. Food was good and came out in a decent time frame. However, the bartender wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. There was a bug in my drink, when I pointed it out… she just took the glass and came back with another one. No sorry or anything. Sat the new one down and kept moving. Placed the food down and kept moving.. came back with the check and kept moving. Second time there and having the same experience with that bartender, won’t go back.

Hash browns were awesome pancakes were good but not amazing
Service was a little slow
Good food all in all
PJ's is a great place for a sweet breakfast. I can't recommend the banana coconut rum pancakes enough, although the number of options for pancake flavors might make it worth trying the pancake sampler instead. They have savory options which are good, but when you're in a place called the pancake house you can bet the pancakes are the best thing there. There are fun alcoholic options such as boozy milkshakes as well.

We ordered chocolate chip pancakes and tiramisu pancake . To our surprise they gave us a buttermilk pancake with a very bad textured tiramisu paste on top which was not good. Also the chocolate chip pancake was kind of ok. We also ordered the PJ’s veggie omelette, this was fine, but we mainly went there for pancakes which were not up to mark.
