Third or fourth time orders have been wrong. Calling doesn't matter either since they will say their paper says something else. Too bad they aren't taught customer service at this location. I even had to correct the order over the phone before it was initially placed. Don't bother thinking delivery is available unless you have the delivery apps.
I have 3 unhappy people that paid for things they didn't want.
Negative stars should be allowed.

I refuse to eat at the Ewing location, their rewards program sucks and they have terrible customer service. Tim needs customer service training!! I will go to Jersey Mike's their service is way better!

After many visits to this location, I can say that this is an excellent Primo Hoagies store. The owners and staff are very pleasant, have great customer service and are very good at their craft of making and serving delicious, high quality hoagies, bowls and sides with a smile. And bonus... the pickles are awesome!

They rang up four people before taking my order. People that were just sitting down casually dining..not sure why the lady couldn't just take my order rather than make me wait 10 minutes while ringing up other people. Very off-putting. Literally just people sitting eating that had no reason to get up and pay and take priority over taking my order.

Being a restaurant owner myself it’s automatic for me to look for important things when I walk into any food establishment. Cleanliness and the food walk hand in hand. This place has both.Yesterday was my second time eating at Primo Hoagie in Ewing NJ. I really don’t get around much since I’m always attending to something at my restaurant. But like I said I was there once before and it was worth a second trip. I met the owner Tim who was a delightful guy to chat with. I got a meatball parm hoagie which was delicious. It tasted like it was made from home. Today many Italian restaurants including pizza places cut corners and use frozen meatballs to their detriment. Primo Hoagie is about 15 minutes from my place and well worth the drive. Can’t recommend it enough. Rich

I chose PrimoHoagies because it offered 20% discount on Uber Eats..the size of the hoagie is really big; and the sesame bread was really tasty. I definitely will go back again.
