I ordered a veggie wrap that came with fries. It was horrific. I took a bite of the wrap, it taste good but the texture was off…crunchy and gritty. Then i took a bite of a fry and found a worm! So disgusting, it made me vomit.

Couldn’t get my 40 dollar refund it’s okay I’ll just keep disputing it from my bank ion play when it come to my food I have a child yall played with him and me the delivery people you hire need to be investigated I will never use the pizza app to order food from yall agin I’ll stick to uber eats and door dash from now on learned my lesson

I was trying to order wings they answer the phone said hold on 4 minutes I'm still on hold this place is horrible you don't have customers holding on along that's why people go to Pizza City across the street their food is better anyway

Ordered delivery. Two cheese, one pepperoni, and one sausage. No one would touch the sausage, so I took a piece just so I wouldn't waste $10. The other pizzas were good. I don't know what was up with the sausage. Messed my stomach UP!!! I didn't like the way the sausage looked... had to throw that pie away.

Ordered food for delivery and they said it would be 45 min. It took over an hour and a half to receive food that tasted like crap. The chicken bacon ranch pizza used to be so good!! I guess they changed management or owners. I won't eat here again.

The delivery driver is very nasty and unprofessional. He refused to get his lazy ass out the car to bring me my food. He got mad and drove off with my food because I wouldn't come to the car to get it.My daughter called Purple pizza and we were told that he doesn't get out of the car. My daughter had him come back with the food, I was going to leave it alone. She really wanted the food because she was hungry. Needless to say, I'm not going to order anything else from Purple pizza again. This is unacceptable behavior and I can spend my money elsewhere. Whomever is the owner is obviously don't care about its customers. As a business owner, I would not allow this behavior from my delivery drivers. The are supposed to deliver the food at the door and it to the customer.☹️??

I am extremely disappointed by my delivery experience. I had placed an order at 9:02pm for delivery. I was told it would be about 45 minutes. At 10:30 I still haven’t received my food so I call the store and they said “oh someone must’ve switched it to pickup”. My food arrived at 11:01pm with one of the nastiest delivery drivers I’ve encountered. He tried to charge an additional $5 even though I was quoted $18 for a chicken Caesar wrap and a can of Brisk. Once I pointed it out the driver wouldn’t accept it. I call the store and the owner agreed that the total was $18. I always tip but after waiting 2 hours and getting over charged I gave the driver a $20 and asked for change. He then REFUSED to give me my Brisk and proceeded to try to close his window on my arm and drive off so I called the store again. He was told to give me the brisk since I paid for it. After 2 hours of waiting I was hoping the food would be worth the wait. I was so sorely disappointed. The food was cold and soggy didn’t like it at all. The guy at the phone told me if you don’t like it just send it back so when I tried to call back to send the food back they put me in a 15 minute hold just to hang up on me. This is absolutely disgusting the driver should be arrested for trying to close the window on my arm and tried to run over my feet with his car. Honestly if i could give a negative star rating I would. Never again.

I called in to place pick up order… the lady hung up on me as I was talking. Not an accident either cause I definitely called back to ask what that was about. Lost out on minimum $100 order before tip because of what exactly? Losing customers because y’all wanna act as ghetto as your location? Unbelievable!
