I would give Zero stars. The whole reason I enjoy sonic is the fact dining in my car is like a trip to the past where that was kind of the norm. We went here waited in our car at the menu screen for around 15 minutes the whole time I pushed the red to order here button atleast 20 times over the course of my waiting period then we left an went to Burger king.

First time trying Sonic and I was very happy with the experience. The double sonic smasher wowed me and the fries were also crispy and great. The pretzel twists were fresh as well as soft on the inside. I highly recommend this location.

My sister ordered us food from here and found three metal staples in her fries. I tried to call (FIFTEEN TIMES IN A ROW) just to inform them, not to get a refund, but so they could check their fries because I was worried a child may swallow staples. No one answered the phone and this wasn't at a lunch/dinner rush time. I just really hope no one got injured because of this.

Horrible experience at sonic in Ewing, NJ placed a mobile order arrived at 3:19 PM when the estimated time is 3:20 PM parked in stall number 11 checked in on the app and it says they were getting my order ready and it was in the kitchen and then it never came out. 10 minutes later I pushed the red button and the woman told me that I had to get in the drive-through line to pick my food up because there was nobody to bring it out. At this point the drive-through line was very long I had already been waiting 10 minutes and I knew my food was done, so I tried to go inside and the door was locked. I knocked and they opened it and my food was just sitting there for like 15 minutes at this time. Not only that but they gave me a small limeade instead of a medium, a small sonic blast instead of a medium (both of which I paid for) and no pickles on my sonic cheeseburger. Plus by the time I got the food it was cold. Terrible! I will never go back to this one again.
