This place sucks !!! The service is the worst. When you go in person, no one is wearing gloves to handle the food. They have 2 in the back and one in the front taking orders in person and rudely taking orders at the same time by phone. The app and website never works. I have been trying to put my order through for over an hour. I called 5 times and was hung up on. This Ewing location is ghetto !!! I have gotten someone elseâs food with grease/sauce leaking through the bag and the employee still handed it to me like it was okay to give me a greasy bag. The two Spanish girls are speaking Spanish right in front of non-Spanish speaking customers which is so rude and unprofessional. You need more employees and please do not handle food without gloves. The health department will be contacted !!!

Absolutely horrible experience. The voodoo fries were extremely soggy. The tenders were drenched in butter to the point where we couldn't even eat them, and the wings were so hard they were practically inedible. Not to mention their ranch was as thin as water. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My girlfriend loves wingstop, she never gets her extra ranch and half the time she be paying $1 extra for the ranch she said $.50 cents instead better, she said the fries are dry and never have seasoning. The wings need to be more sauces in them because they so dry, my pookie canât handle it ? delivery takes mad long and service 0/10

I had to come back and actually check the reviews because todayâs afternoon âmanagerâ told me hes never gotten anything wrong, so these reviews proves him wrong. I was missing half of my order and he apparently âchecked the camerasâ and said he had put it in my bag. Which was lies because I dint receive it, something canât just vanish out of a bag. I went back to the store (15 min drive) and Then he had the audacity to catch an attitude with me when I was totally calmed. I just wanted my food to be honest so I ended uo paying more for something that wasnât on my behalf. The cashier was nice enough to give me an email and told me to complain. That alone let me thinking about how YES, MY ORDER WAS MISSING AND THEY KNEW. Im sure it was put on a different order bag. I myself as a food and beverage manager want to remind him, he has a position now, but he might not have it forever. Have empathy, and find a way to work around with the costumer so they can leave in good terms and wanting to go back. A simple apologies instead of an attitude wouldâve been good enough for me. But he just walked away after it all, leaving the poor cashier on her own with me.

please just make sure to to make extra well done- i marked that on the app but i guess i will have to call next time to make sure- the bone in wings were not extra extra well done? i had to put them in the oven to try and get them crispier lol those corn nuggets are soo good the fries the cheese sauce ranch! i also got the korean chicken tenders and they were bomb???
