I went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday. Upon walking in, the lady at the front was very nice and helpful—she assisted me in choosing my wing flavors. The restaurant itself was clean, and even the bathroom was well-kept, which I appreciated.
I ordered a 10-piece combo and waited about 28 minutes for my food (from 4:50 to 5:18). I only live four minutes away, but by the time I got home, the food was already cold.
Unfortunately, the flavors were disappointing. The Mango Habanero wings tasted off—they were baked instead of fried, so the skin was soggy and unappetizing. The Hot Honey Rub wings were fried, but they tasted like someone added regular sugar instead of using actual honey. Even the fries had a sugary taste. It was overwhelming—like someone poured a cup of sugar over everything.
Overall, it wasn’t worth the $21.95 I spent. I’d give it a 5 out of 10.

I never write reviews, but why do i ask for a bbq chicken and always seem to receive the same wrong order. they get everything else right besides the chicken and its every time.

The delivery guy ate part of my order and gave me part of the order wrong as well and we unknowingly gave him a tip. Very upset by this, I did an online order and this guy has delivered to me before. Never ordering here again.

Placed a pickup order for 3:30PM (at 11AM). Arrive at 3:30 and left with my food at 4PM. See the problem here? Sucks that I love the food here so much because the service time is consistently atrocious.

This place sucks !!! The service is the worst. When you go in person, no one is wearing gloves to handle the food. They have 2 in the back and one in the front taking orders in person and rudely taking orders at the same time by phone. The app and website never works. I have been trying to put my order through for over an hour. I called 5 times and was hung up on. This Ewing location is ghetto !!! I have gotten someone else’s food with grease/sauce leaking through the bag and the employee still handed it to me like it was okay to give me a greasy bag. The two Spanish girls are speaking Spanish right in front of non-Spanish speaking customers which is so rude and unprofessional. You need more employees and please do not handle food without gloves. The health department will be contacted !!!

Absolutely horrible experience. The voodoo fries were extremely soggy. The tenders were drenched in butter to the point where we couldn't even eat them, and the wings were so hard they were practically inedible. Not to mention their ranch was as thin as water. If I could give 0 stars I would.
