We just recently started to order from this Wing Stop location through DoorDash. I have to say.. each and every time we receive our orders, the food arrives fresh, perfectly cooked, And our entire order is there!! I can’t tell you how many times we have DoorDashed from other restaurants and once it arrives, we have things missing. ? Very frustrating!! But that never happens with this Wing Stop location. So, I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your hard work, please keep up the good job!! We look forward to ordering from you again soon!! ??
I placed an order on the website and received a notification that it was delivered but I never got it. Called the store, was put on hold, only for the guy to come back to the phone and say, "the DoorDash drivers sometimes steal the orders so im going to refund you. Sorry." After waiting over an hour, I have to wait to be refunded my $30 and find food from somewhere else. Won't be ordering from there again and I am calling Doordash.

Wingstop of Ewing NJ NEVER answer their phone to take orders. I've been calling for the last two days (12/8/23 & 12/9) and no one has taken my call.Their poor service forces customers to order online OR physically visit and wait 5 hours before receiving our order.Wingstop staff: Just answer the phone. The wings are good but they're not soooo good that you're too busy to take phone orders.Wingstop Management: Get some people in there that actually want to work.

So the only thing I liked was the chicken sandwich but the fries were okay but The staff mispronounced my name wrong on purpose after telling them my name the correct way and clearly. The place was a little dirty and there were 2 songs going on the same time the fries were a little burnt and just wasn't a fan of that. And was laughing when I didn't know anything I said a normal the staff laughed and said I don't know what that is and was like did you even see what type you want. And the only thing I liked was the chicken sandwich and how quick it came by the time I left the bathroom my food was there. And there was also this drunk whatever dude that came to he girls restroom DISGUSTING

I had high hopes due to Texas. I was craving their habanero wings. When I picked up my order and drove back home I came to realized my wings weren’t even fully cook as well as my friend. This scared us and we will never come here again.

I was shocked when i heard they opened up a wingstop in ewing! Lynda was wonderful! She took my order and answered all my questions and was completely honest! Eventhough she was mainly working by herself, I got my order in like 5 minutes which was awesome! As a former food manager, I was very impressed by her service and the food! The wings and fries were delicious! Told me how she enjoys working there and definitely better than the competition! I havent had wingstop since i was in florida like 6 years ago and still taste great! Thank you Lynda! Definitely my new go to wing joint & give her a raise!
