I recently placed an order for fried fish after confirming by phone that it would be available that day. I was told it would not be ready until 4:00 PM, so I called again around 3:30 PM to place my order for pickup at 4:30 PM.
However, when I arrived, I was informed that the fish was still not ready and that it would take an additional 45 minutes to prepare. This was very disappointing, as I had planned my schedule around the information I was given. I hope steps can be taken to ensure clearer communication with customers in the future.

Ask the host for a receipt for my food because he forgot and he looks at me and goes back into his phone.
If we didn't have cell phones would he have accommodated me in a timely fashion.
How do you have a business and decide to be on your phone and don't even acknowledge your customers request.
As a Haitian trying to support their business I'm highly disappointed in the treatment I received here.
Btw, the food was ok but we have to do better with customer service.

First time trying! I am in love with authentic Haitian cuisine. This place did not disappoint. The gentleman in the front was very sweet, attentive and welcoming. Now, the food!!! I ordered the fried fish, Djondjon Rice (Black rice) with Fried Plaintains and Pikliz, and a side of Haitian Griot( pork) everything was so flavorful, fresh and just overall delicious. I will return when I can but if you can visit! I highly recommend.

They always out of something and you end up get your order without the extra thing you paid for with no refund .today marked my third worst experience and I will not going back

Yo, this was my first time hittin up a Haitian spot since I moved to Jersey, and let me tell you they repped the culture right! Food was fire, vibes on point, everything felt mad authentic. Big ups to y’all, keep doin’ your thing!

I recently visited this Caribbean restaurant, and I must say, it was well worth the 45-minute drive from Cherry Hill! The customer service was exceptional ,everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic, with authentic Caribbean flavors that truly stood out 🇭🇹 🇭🇹 🇭🇹

First of all they over charge for food and even when you order a large platter there’s barely any rice to even share with 2 people yet alone to make yourself full. I called in advance for legume and they informed me that they make the legume with no meat but sent meat in my legume anyways. I’m really tired of them over pricing for small amounts and messing up the orders anyways.

Oh yeah and they never have pumpkin soup aka soup joumou on Sundays when I call

I ordered stew turkey, rice & beans with fried plantains. Meat was served on the side which I never experienced buying Haitian Food.

Stew turkey needed more sauce.
Rice was not fresh.
Pikliz wasn’t authentic far as taste wise. Not good at all.
Plantains were hard and not fresh.

They need a lot of work. I know Haitian people and I never had Haitian food that tastes like that.

Would I recommend? No. Would I go back? No.

The cook must not be Haitian. They need new people in the kitchen.

Where should I start. No customers ahead of me, waiting 25 min for an oxtail platter. Platter was 28 for a medium. I don’t mind paying as long as I get a fair portion. Well my oxtails tasted like regular steak. U could tell it was made during my wait. No Caribbean spices, or authentic flavors, rice was very dry. My plantains were old dry. Overall I was highly disappointed. My oxtail were served in a side small container. I’ve always gotten oxtails over a bed of rice n peas. Atmosphere was muted. Keyboard and chair in the corner but even if there is a live band on certain days, music should have been played in the background ?
