I walked in and asked for my water bottle can be refilled. The woman at the counter tried to get eighty cents out of me for TAP WATER. Every other Dunkin' I've ever walked into refilled my water bottle without question. I walked across the street to the diner and they laughed after refilling my bottle. I will choose a different Dunkin' next time I want food.

They are so rude and don’t even try to complete their order. They blatantly lied to their customers saying they’re out of stock or something when they have rows of it in stock. This is not an appropriate way to run your business. Also, the employee sat and looked at my order for five minutes and they did not even care, when we asked he just rolled his eyes at us,he was looking at us like we were just sitting there for no reason. Warning: this happens multiple times with different orders.Get better Dunkin.

I’m not sure if they can control this but I’m sure they can do something to fix it or Adair the problem when you do mobile pickup or been order something sometimes people take it one time I had to wait 30 MINUTES! So please do something’s bout that otherwise his is a good place prices are high though if you don’t plan to spend up to 50 for a breakfast here I wouldn’t recomend the wraps are expensive aswell
11 year olds without their parents acting crazy. Other customers trying to steal food and then acting aggressive when you pick up your order. Place is pure chaos.

They are rude, from the manager on down, they should give them some customer service courses, we are the people who spend money in the establishment and indirectly pay their salaries and I see in the previous comments that bad customer service is a constant in the establishment.

Absolutely ridiculous. They put my and my friend’s donut upside down and it took a lot of frosting off. If it is a strawberry frosted donut why is so little frosting on the donut??
