I’m not sure if they can control this but I’m sure they can do something to fix it or Adair the problem when you do mobile pickup or been order something sometimes people take it one time I had to wait 30 MINUTES! So please do something’s bout that otherwise his is a good place prices are high though if you don’t plan to spend up to 50 for a breakfast here I wouldn’t recomend the wraps are expensive aswell

This crew works very well together. The wait time is minimal and everything is very good.
11 year olds without their parents acting crazy. Other customers trying to steal food and then acting aggressive when you pick up your order. Place is pure chaos.

They are rude, from the manager on down, they should give them some customer service courses, we are the people who spend money in the establishment and indirectly pay their salaries and I see in the previous comments that bad customer service is a constant in the establishment.

Absolutely ridiculous. They put my and my friend’s donut upside down and it took a lot of frosting off. If it is a strawberry frosted donut why is so little frosting on the donut??

Worst experience at a Dunkin ever. I had a $170 order for polar plunge. I asked for extra creamer and not only was I given an attitude but was told no. The manager did end up doing the right thing and giving them to me but I will never buy a catering order in at this location again. On top do that the order wasn’t even ready when I got there.

I had issues redeeming some offers on the Dunkin app because I was uncertain on how the whole point conversion system worked and then applying that offer to my order but with the help of the guy who was working in the afternoon, he managed to show me how you apply the coupons onto your order to get your free items ?. Appreciate the help!!
Went there 2 days ago, store was completely empty besides me. Ordered a cookie butter cold brew, doughnut, and bagel bites. The guy proceeded to hand me the bag with only a doughnut and no bagel bites, and when I asked if that was everything he ignored me and then when I left, he didn’t tell me he didn’t pack the bagel bites. Lost $3. Bad service.

This Dunkin location is the best Ive ever been to! The woman that wrote the bad review before mine was in front of me in line and her review is a lie. Some people (New Yorkers) just like to complain. Im currently drinking the best bottled pepsi Ive ever had. This location is the eighth wonder of the modern world and all should visit.

i would give no stars if i could. seriously the rudest staff i’ve ever experienced. my coffee was burnt and when i kindly asked the lady to please remake it because it was undrinkable she shook it upside and handed it back to me right in front of me.
