Never will go to this location again. The food was horrible. Who serves sweet potatoes that looked like soup! The sides had an awful aftertaste as if they were yesterday’s leftovers. The chicken was ok the meatloaf dry.Very disappointed.

We used to live in Elmwood Park and ate at this location on a semi-regular basis with generally favorable results (it's not gourmet, but it's good for what it is).I stopped here this evening to grab dinner on the way home. Suffice it to say this location is either under new management or no one who prepares the food gives a damn. The chicken was dry, the corn tasteless and the sweet potato was completely devoid of marshmallows or brown sugar. In a word: meh. I sincerely hope this isn't a company-wide issue.On a positive note, at least the corn bread didn't suck.

I ordered uber eats from here. I have been eating boston market as long as I can remember. This was the worst food I have EVER tasted. How can you mess up sweet potatoes and the chicken pot pie was so unappealing and tasteless. This made me NEVER want to eat Boston Market again. I'm figuring it's probably the location is the reason why I'm writing this review. Get it together and step up tour game!

Boston Market is on a declining state. Food is bland, the worst meatloaf, ribs and stuffing. Sides are bland except the sweet potato which probably is the best on the menu besides the chicken. Pot pie tasted old, not like before. Lemonade stand is always empty and now they are serving on paper plates which is a new for me here. Meatloaf tasted like dog food, no glaze or seasoning plus no herbs or onions, a disaster lunch for me!Vegetarian options: Clearly frozen vegetables full of water.

Used to come here often. Had rated 5 stars. Ever since covid, the food is not as good as it used to be. Turkey is too dry. Same with their other locations.

Staff/manager were very friendly and attentive, food was very good (ordered the cod special with 2 sides and cornbread). Hadn't tried Boston Market in a while but will come back to this location for sure!

The customer service from the “Manager” Jackie was extremely rude and distasteful! The original cup size that is part of a combo/meal was not available and Jackie provided a smaller sized cup. I asked her did the cups get smaller? She responded “yeah, something like that.” She, stated that we do not have the retailer size cups for that meal so you have to take that one. She also, states if you don’t want that, then you can get a milk or appleJuice. I told her a customer should not have to get less than what she’s paying for because y the business does not have the right size and she “Well that’s all I can do” then slams my food in my bag, pushes it to the side then proceeds to ignore me and help the next customer. This women has a bad attitude!

Manager doesn’t allow workers to use gloves when making food very disgusting behind the counter food preparation 0/10 they barely get customers for a reason because it is a bad franchise.
