$15.74 boneless chicken breast and you get only 6 small pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. It’s a rip off. Nothing look like the menu picture at all. And the chicken is so chewy, doesn’t taste good at all. I would not visit again.

It was our first time dining here, so we weren’t totally sure how things worked. You place your order through a computer kiosk, which was fine, but when we went to find a seat, every table—except for one—had crumbs on it. To be clear, we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time, so it was a bit surprising that cleanliness wasn’t a priority.
When our food was brought out, we asked for salt and were told they didn’t have any—none at all. Then we were given cups for our sodas, but they didn’t have lids. Unfortunately, I ended up spilling mine. I looked around for napkins, but there weren’t any out, so I asked for some and explained what happened. Instead of being helpful, the staff seemed annoyed and brought out a mop with some serious attitude. I had to ask again just to get a napkin.
Now, to give credit where it’s due—the food was delicious. The chicken tenders with fries were crispy and flavorful, and the NSG sandwich was excellent.
But honestly, no matter how good the food is, poor service and a lack of basic hospitality really take away from the experience. It’s basically a self-serve spot, and even the minimal staff interaction we had was unpleasant.

Dude, You need to cool it with the salt, The tenders which I normally like, had too much of a salt taste - just pure salt. Maybe a bad batch but it is noticeable. If you really take pride in your special chicken... Almost, are you trying to hide something with so much salt?????????????
The grilled bread-genius. next time, I'll ask for more. Again, normally the chicken is good quality. And did your sauces change? They are now more Mcdonalds saucy than somewhat homemade saucy. Sorry.
I ordered what was on the left got what was on the right. The pieces of meat are totally different.

Their chicken sandwiches and chicken legs and thighs are extremely good and their price it’s probably some of the best I’ve seen
Came in before closing time and wasn't expecting much. That being said I thought the MSG, coconut rice and beets were good. MSG was nicely spiced and juicy, only complaint would be a sturdier bun to handle all the sauce. Sauce selection I enjoyed, especially the blacken garlic which was very much like Korean gouchang but jalapeno cilantro was good too.. Prices include 1 side but no drink I think.
This used to be my go to spot for lunch. I would come here minimum twice, sometimes three times a week last year but have recently stopped. It used to be awesome and is very inconsistant now. Chicken tenders used to be a lot bigger and crispy. Msg sandwhich also used to be a nice size, not anymore. $13 for a small chicken tender with sauce on a potato bun and $20 for dry chicken tenders w/ fries. Seriously? I know pricing might not be their fault, but thats crazy. They also recently started charging for sauce, I know many resturants do this now. However, when I add three umami sauces to my order, and pay the dollar each, shouldnt I receive them? I went back to ask for the sauce. Overall, I hope they turn it around but as of now I wouldnt reccomned visiting Brine.
I have gone here a few times. The MSG chicken is good but very spicy. This time I asked if it can be made less spicy in the comments sections. The comment was ignored and the chicken was too spicy . Also on my sandwich was only two tiny pieces of chicken. In addition I was charged a delivery fee, I ordered in store and picked up my food, who is getting the delivery fee? Probably will not be returning there anymore
3/13 update. The owner read the review, apologized and made good with a full refund. I really appreciate that he took the review to heart and did something about it.
I’ve been to Brine in Fairlawn 3-4 times. If you want a fast meal that is also filling and potentially healthy, it’s a good option.
I’ve gotten the boneless breast and the chicken thigh. Both pretty good. The variety to dipping sauce options help keep it interesting.
You can get healthy but good vegetable side if you want: broccoli, beets, sweet potato, etc. or you can just get fries or rice.
