This was by far the worst Wild Wings location I've ever experienced, and it will be my first and last time ordering from here. I ordered a 15-piece wing combo, but when I got home, I only found 9 wings. I tried calling to resolve the issue and ask for the missing wings, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. The wait time was also excessive, and the employees seemed to be taking their time rather than working efficiently. Definitely not coming back.

Actually service portion is really a big let down in the facility. Most of the time, you can clearly see that employees are dreading to make your food and raise voice on you. They clearly don't want to be there. New place. New renovation. Food. All of it don't matter when the human interaction with the staff member is the lowest point of your visit
Never mind the price. I don't mind paying more. Never mind the decor. It's fine. Food.. well it can be improved. But it is fine knowing it's a fast food franchise.
I am not expecting a fine dining staff experience. Just don't yell at the customer. Don't swear at the customer to a point that the customer can hear you.
I am not going back

Ordered food for pickup for dinner and got 20 boneless wings for me and my wife and we get home and there’s only 10 wings in there. I called the store. They asked what time I ordered at told him it was around 35 minutes ago and the guy says on the phone. “Oh I think I remember that order, I made it.” And I then said to him there’s only 10 wings and he continuously says no there were 20 in there. He then goes and calls me a liar and says that I ate the wings and I’m trying to scam them and from there I’m now asking for the manager and he says you’re speaking to him…BWW is this how you handle customers who received incorrect orders? And is this also how managers speak to customers on a regular basis?
First ever visit to any BWW location. We ordered on the app and scheduled it for a specific time. It was ready on time, the order was correctly fulfilled and we enjoyed our wings as well. We plan on returning at some point.

First of all it’s expensive here? A big portion of my order was forgotten. i got 21 wings out of the 30 i ordered. 10pc bundle french fries were missing as well. Why are the Boneless wings are bite size?!?!that is really disappointing compared to wingstops much larger pieces.
Too bad i didn’t check for missing items before i left. The customer service was nice at least.

Do not get the “Luau BBQ” sauce unless you like REALLY spicy. It’s advertised as a mild and sweet sauce but it is extremely spicy. Wasted my money because I can’t eat them they’re so spicy. I ate two and my lips are numb, mouth is on fire, I’m sweating so much, and I can feel the wings burning on the inside of my stomach. Really just wasted $10 that I’m never getting back.
