All I can say is terrible, terrible terrible. This place gives cuban cooking a bad reputation. The concept is great, location is good, but the management and the chefs as well as the quality of the meats stay away. The stove and other cooking appliances where they handle your food speaks for its self. This is not cuban food.
Like others stated before, no taste, seems dirty and I found the sandwiches and other foods extremely greasy. This place is no where near the quality of the other locations. Was happy when I head they were opening in FL. Now, I’m back to ordering from Dumont. Shame.
People were very nice, service was excellent, prices were a little high but still within reason.
Although they didn't have many of the items we wanted, their selection was still great!! Papa rellena was amazing, food fresh and their pineapple coconut smoothie was to die for. Great staff!! PRICES ARE AMAZING!! WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN!!
The worst. The rice and beans were under cooked and bland. The pork chop was very, very, very, very low quality. I went to the site at Fairlawn. The staff did not respond to me as a customer. No one smiles. It was as if they did not want to come in to work today, I will never return. Good bye.
Looks like the owner needs to pay a bit more attention to cleanlinessAnd the food
Was there today around 1pm had an open sign red lit up... only to fine it closed... as a fellow Cuban I was very disappointed I was in the mood for a Cuban sandwich window had a sign burritos that's not very Cuban hey I gave them a chance... so that killed the mood and any chance of visiting any other Eddie's chains SAD.... don't waste your time
Found the food at there Fairlawn location to be very good!!!
Used to be a great, friendly place, but now no one even picks up the phone. The food is fairly good but doesn't make up for the lack of service. Terrible, not worth the effort to order or go there.
For the price point, good good food. Definitely somewhere I would go to again! It's a lunch spot.

I have had Cuban sandwiches all over the United States and internationally, Cuban Eddie's ranks up there with the best of them.
Nice little joint with good cuban food. Lunch prices were very reasonable.
Disappointing unfortunately. Cuban sandwich was dry and plantains were mot ripe and overcooked.
Great food, great prices! Everything we ordered was delicious and will definitely return.
The beef was deliciousHam used to be thin cuts, not cubed. Ham empanadas not so good.
