I have to say that for as long as I have gone to CUPS, the flavors are amazing but the service is very poor. I have never been attended by someone pleasant. The only thing I can imagine is they are not getting payed enough or the boss is not pleasant

This is my first time coming to “CUPS” and so glad I did. I had the Peach Cobbler, Georgia Peach with a dash of Coconut and Cheesecake yogurt…..OMG! It was Defreakinglicious and I will be back for more. The weather on this day was chef’s kiss to enjoy my yogurt in the seating area of this location.

Service is terrible had a guy today who crumpled my daughter's ice cream in front of her after he was nasty to us. She is only 7.

The worker didn't let me taste the frozen yogurt so I can see which one I liked, she said I can only taste the ice cream which I do not understand what the difference was... very rude, very poor customer service

Unfortunately not friendly at all , not kids friendly …. We are family with 2 kids, every time when we buy frozen yogurt for the whole family, I asked if my kids can use bathroom… the answer is No !! It was our last time in this place … unfortunately not friendly at all
