The worker didn't let me taste the frozen yogurt so I can see which one I liked, she said I can only taste the ice cream which I do not understand what the difference was... very rude, very poor customer service

Unfortunately not friendly at all , not kids friendly …. We are family with 2 kids, every time when we buy frozen yogurt for the whole family, I asked if my kids can use bathroom… the answer is No !! It was our last time in this place … unfortunately not friendly at all

DONT GO HERE the workers are all rude and mad at the world that they work here! Go to Gellatis in Paterson or Guernsey Crest they are both family owned and super nice. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT!

I really wish I could give no stars for this place which is sad because not all the employees are rude and have disgusting attitudes but it seems like I always come here with my family and am VERY lucky to get the fabulous blonde haired girl with huge lips and long fake lashes that just always seems to be Sooooo excited to be at work ! With all the ppl who need work and would appreciate work she got lucky with her job but yet is miserable everyday at work . She not only is rude , miserable , but has 0 work ethics that is worth writing a good review on I never write reviews but she really left a bad taste in my mouth last time I was there. I was given a card by a sweet Spanish girl who explained for my 10 cup free use this card when you come and have it stamped and the 10th on is on Us ! So when I went with my kids and we went to use it not only did she turn her back to me and my husband to continue a personal conversation with someone eating food behind the register I would say was a friend But she denied us the free cup of yogurt stating that the card says $5 off the 10th cup and on the other side where it’s stamped it says 10th cup FREE soooo hmmm interesting, my question to her was so explain to me how that makes sense is it free or $5 off ??? She gave me an attitude and raised her voice and read it to me as if I was dumb and didn’t know how to read, so that la when I addressed her and reminded her of how to speak to ppl properly and how she always has an attitude and needs to fix it ! She try’s to explain the card that made no sense and denied the discount .. I bought the yogurt even tho Personally I should’ve have bought anything because to be honest they don’t deserve anyone’s business and from reading all these reviews and seeing SO many ppl complain about the same girl and no action is taken clearly tells me this Cups manager whoever it is doesn’t care about its costumers service or the costumers because they allow this trashy behavior . Oh and if you’re a Cop or veteran she won’t give you a discount either because SHE doesn’t honor them either !

This was one of my favorite spot until today that I walked in with my 5 year old granddaughter and the girl that was working gave us the worse attitude it was like if we wasn’t welcome maybe because we are Spanish????? Because it looks to me she was kind of racist. Will not go back
Everytime I walk in there at least one of the works give me and my cousin dirty looks. They are very rude. My 12 year old cousin brought her dog in and the dog is a service dog she just didn’t have her badge on her at the moment. The employer very rudely said the dog can’t be in there and my cousin said it’s a service said dog and the girl implied no it’s not it doesn’t have a badge and my cousin said yes she is and she doesn’t have to have a badge and the employer just rolled her eyes at her and said wtv. Very poor customer service. If your not happy with the job your working at please don’t work there. The employees who you used to work there were very nice and welcoming now who ever is employed there is very rude and not welcoming

It was my first time at this location, and I felt it was worthy of a review. I was unsure of what I wanted, and the blond girl behind the counter was so helpful. She gave us numerous recommendations and made it such an enjoyable experience.

Love the staff, The blonde at the front (think her name was Julie) was courteous and handled a fully packed store with ease. I was out within 5 minutes!! Will be back again.
