Just got delivery. Driver calls and says he is here.... Literally not 30 seconds yet heading to the door he rings the bell and then leaves the food on the steps ... The floor ... with nothing underneath (they used to have a cardboard stand during the pandemic).... Impatient and rude.... Customer service matters ...do better ...Zero stars

Arguing and yelling in the background while trying to place an order and continuous yelling and cursing about current and past politics/ healthcare system, as well as slamming equipment. Who ever is making the pizzas sounds like he was recently taken out of a straight jacket. Felt like I ordered pizza from a mental psychiatric facility.

The worst customer service ever place Order for two pizza second pizza came 20 minutes later. First one was cold when it came out. I refuse to take the cold one manager took the whole order back and refuse to give it to me he was was very very rude. Terrible customer service. terrible service I would never ever put my foot in that store again The manager didn’t even apologize for the delay to of 20 minutes difference between each other. They didn’t care. Meanwhile, the order was placed in the same time

My parents always love to get the philly cheese steak pizza and garlic parm bites. Staff is willing to honor most requests and are very polite both in person and over the phone. Portioning is nice on all pizzas, especially the pepperoni. Do reccomend!
Zero complaints with this location! Everything was made correctly to-boot. Friendly staff....everything was very good. Night in day between this location and the one in Pennsylvania. Thank you Jersey!
