If I could rate a zero I would. The service was horrendous. The people who work there are awful. The mgr Alexis is so unprofessional and needed customer service classes. Go to pizza Hut!!!!

This was one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had. The pizza arrived undercooked — doughy, pale, and not even close to edible. To make it worse, they didn’t provide basic essentials like plates or red pepper flakes, which are standard for a pizza order. When I called to address the issue, Alexis, the manager at the time, was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in resolving the problem. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care, customer service, and attention to detail here is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The people there were so rude and did not even attend to us properly when we came in to tell them that the pizza they made was very undercooked. We brought the pizza back and asked for a refund but the manager, Alexis, was rude and did not even try to offer a solution to the problem of the raw, undercooked pizza that they made. Will not be coming back to this place.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! manager is a childish joker. ordered pick up later during the night when they had 3 workers and no extra customers. We ordered 2 large pies (they looked like mediums) we had 5 people eating pizza when we later realized after 2 bites, how undercooked and thin crust and no sauce pizza (we asked for hand tossed) we went back asked nicely for them to fix the issue by either making us 2 new pies or refunded us the amount. the manager ALEXIS was so rude and did not stand by the register to attend us and left to do his “job” which was standing behind and goof around with his other co worker. we did not create an issue just asked them to fix the error that was made. left disappointed and frustrated.

This place is a total joke. Ordered a hand tossed pizza that came out RAW in the middle doughy, gross, and completely undercooked. I took TWO bites and brought it back and they said it’s eaten so I can’t refund you.They didn’t even have plates or red pepper packets.
Called to get a refund and the so-called “manager” Alexis was rude, snarky, and refused to give me my money back like it was coming out of his own paycheck. Zero customer service, zero respect, zero care.

The people who work here are so rude everytime I go and I only go because it’s a block down from my house but after my interaction with the lady ignoring me until I screamed hello for the 4th time and her cutting me off in the middle of my sentence..and waiting 40 minutes for wings…i’m absolutely done. I don’t want to bring places down or anything but I treat people well and like they are human I want to be treated the same! Like I said everytime I go here I get a nasty attitude and I’m waiting a while for my food because they forget to take down names.

This location is very unorganized! Most of my order was wrong, I called and they said it’s because they ran out of the things I ordered. Well wouldn’t you think it would be smart to call and let me know that instead of sending me random things that I did not order?!

I always have issues with this particular store. Ordered a cheesy bread and it came undercooked and the portion was unusually smaller. Its like they cut the pieces in half before throwing in the oven. I don't know if they are using less dough now or the person who made it needs more training. This place used to be good. But the quality has gone down drastically. Go to a different one if you can.

Just got delivery. Driver calls and says he is here.... Literally not 30 seconds yet heading to the door he rings the bell and then leaves the food on the steps ... The floor ... with nothing underneath (they used to have a cardboard stand during the pandemic).... Impatient and rude.... Customer service matters ...do better ...Zero stars

Arguing and yelling in the background while trying to place an order and continuous yelling and cursing about current and past politics/ healthcare system, as well as slamming equipment. Who ever is making the pizzas sounds like he was recently taken out of a straight jacket. Felt like I ordered pizza from a mental psychiatric facility.
