I placed an online order. I went to pick it up. And I got greeted with: we can’t make your order. A simple: hi I’m sorry we can’t make your order today. Is there something else I can get you instead? Would have worked a whole lot better.
Went to a different Dunkin and got what I wanted with no attitude.

One of the area's more disappointing locations. On multiple visits, they were out of multiple items ordered on the app (munchkins, refreshers, drinks) just after noon. Staff there isn't as nice as other nearby locations. I would drive a bit more to another location for better service.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of this location, mainly due to the older woman who works here. She consistently appears unhappy and unapproachable, which makes ordering unpleasant—especially first thing in the morning. I’ve since started going to the other Fair Lawn dunkin location instead; it’s a few extra minutes away but offers a much friendlier atmosphere.

Did a curbside pick up 3:30 pm and is now 4:07 nothing yet I had to send my son in to see if order is ready as I am handicap and not able to get out and pick up order myself so sad

horrible service, the older lady was on her phone the whole time. I waited 30 seconds to make her turn around and she told me to wait a second and went back on her phone to finish her message. What kind service is this????
The workers there are very friendly. The workers Jabar and Gigi who I was served by were very accommodating and service was very fast. Before I even finished my order my coffee was made for me. My only complaint is that I thought there was a drive thru but there wasn’t.

My coffee was perfect. The experience in the shop was horrible. The manager Lorraine was terribly unprofessional scolding an employee for being late. She carried on and on and then pointed to myself and two other customers and said see? Look at the line. I was mortified for the other employees. The manager was so rude to the customers ahead of me and then attempted to be nasty with me. I paid for my coffee and the young lady served me. I apologized to her for being treated so bad. The girl was a trooper and smiled and said thank you. I agree that being on time is important but being unprofessional in front of people is wrong.

Here's old lady manager is not good I saw her all the time she screaming and shouting with employee and rude behave with them very simple things she doesn't accept that is not make sense most of the time she does mistakes if customer order ice coffee she charge hot coffee by the way employee's are good.

It's been four orders in a row where they are ignoring add-ons such as stevia or mocha shots. I suggest everyone taste test their coffee before leaving the premises.
