I only go for karaoke night but it's so much fun! Facilities are clean, service is friendly. I have not had much food there but it always looks good.

We ,a senior club booked our 40 plus anniversary party there. We were given a per person price and menu with sodas etc. When we arrived to tables covered with plastic cloths and a pitcher of water and tiny plastic cups. Th caterer came and put up the food. We had paper plates and packets of plastic ware with the napkin inside...Tiny pieces of bread, skimpy salad. the meatball and chicken and pasta were okay. The price we were charged we could have gone to several local restaurants and had our affair. We had been to the Athletic Club before with great experiences ,however this tie was very very disappointing. They have a kitchen and dishes and silverware that we had previously. It was a disgrace to be served with paper and plastic. When the bill came the per person price was slightly reduced but then $200 dollars were added that we were not aware of. I as organizer must apologize to our members for this affair. We look forward to our affairs and this was a great disappoitment.

Very disappointed. Used to have many affairs when Mike Caputo ran it. So we tried it again for our senior club. Unfortunately we were disappointed. It was catered buffet which was fair. However we did not expect plastic utensils and paper plates Very very disappointed and will not have another function there again

On September 23, 2023 we held a birthday party for my mother to celebrate her 90th birthday. We chose to have the celebration at the Fair Lawn Athletic Club for several reasons. In 1998 we celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary at the FLAC. In October 2022 we held a repast for my father at the FLAC, and as mentioned above, we just recently had a celebration for my mother at the FLAC with almost 100 friends and family in attendance .The reason we choose the FLAC is because Mike and Maura Campanile do an Excellent job with the events at the FLAC. They provide great service, great food, great communication in the time leading up to, as well during the event , and of course the bar serves up Great drinks!There are many places you can obviously choose to have events and celebrations at. We feel very comfortable knowing that Mike and Maura will ensure the event runs smoothly with their staff, providing great service and support.I would highly recommend the FLAC for any of your events.

We went to two family parties in June 2014 and March 2016 arranged by our apartments complex boss in honor of her brother who had Down syndrome. The music was very nice and the food served was delicious. I am glad that I had a good experience with this restaurant and getting to mingle with all the people at our table.Vegetarian options: Penne vodka is a good vegan choice.Kid-friendliness: Welcomes kid to the catering hallParking: Parking behind the hall

The atmosphere was amazing. The service was a little lacking. Luckily we didn't go for food or drink, we went for karaoke, which was 150% on point. We will definitely be back.

I've been to Fair Lawn Athletic Club (FLAC) many times for one reason and one reason only: Friday night karaoke. The vibes are immaculate, the talent is off the charts, and Michelle is an expert at her craft. I've never seen a karaoke host run more organized or get through a lineup so easily (there's never a break between singers, unlike most other karaoke hosts I've seen). Drinks are also good and fairly priced.The issue is that FLAC is way too cramped, an issue that already existed, but which was made ten times worse by a recent catastrophic renovation decision that removed the karaoke/live music stage and gave that space to a pool table that apparently needs five feet of room on all sides. There's normally 40+ people there for karaoke and maybe 5-10 for pool.Not sure what the solution is at this point; perhaps open a portion of the large event space in the back for karaoke?

It might be a good place for cheap price drink but renting party hall is not a good idea. They changed their terms after reting the hall and we lost half of our deposit
