The one star here is for the food - it is decent. However, the service is beyond terrible and therefore I cannot give more than one star. Every time I've been there (and it's a few times) they've messed up my order or forgot something and I had to wait longer for them to fix it/complete it. They need to establish a writing down system so they don't forget simple orders. If you can't remember two bagel sandwiches on a calm Wednesday afternoon, then you need to reevaluate how you do things. The recent experience I had really made me reconsider ever going back. There were four people working and I was the only customer in the place. I had some guy helping me and when one of his buddies showed up, I was completely forgotten about and pushed aside. I was left to wait around for someone else to help me because this guy couldn't wait to help his friend out. So if you are a friend of the employees, you will be treated like a king. If you are just some passerby, they will forget about you and treat you like nothing.

I visited the bagel shop hoping for a delightful experience, but it was a letdown. The bagels were stale, the service was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I had to lower my review. They've made mistakes on my past three orders. Bagels are delicious too bad they keep making mistakes.
I was there today in the morning. Very disappointed and never going back. There's a lot of new people who don't know what they're doing. The guy for the grill never changes his gloves and touches dirty things while doing the food. I asked the lady to make me home fries with no onions or peppers. The guy in the grill was very rude about it, saying that it was already made. On top of that, it takes them a long time to get the food out.

Got a bagel from here and the cream cheese tasted like it was made with bacon grease. I’m not sure if the knife they used or if the cream cheese was right next to their supply of bacon but I couldn’t even finish my bagel. Waste of my $.
