The older women with the face piercings, was packing my order and she kept touching and cleaning her nose with her pointer finger and thumb it was really yucky. She also went to the back to pour me a cup of butter pecan syrup and the tub of syrup didn't have a top on it. She was kind but this place is not sanitary at all. Another young lady seem came to the front to greet me and she was also kind but she had on gloves and touched the s surface didn't change gloves and went back to what she was doing. Seem like everyone needs a class on how to be sanitary.

I placed an order from uber eats and they didn’t even send my strawberry milkshake but they’re so quick to charge and the fact that I can’t even get a refund is so disappointing

My experience was great; Ruby was exceptional considering she was the only Manager there and waiting in all the customers tables. Give this girl promotion!! Fairlawn N.J. I'll definitely be returning again with friends that think IHOP is just pancakes.

Waited 18 minutes to order and only got a waiter when we asked for one. Another 15 minutes after we ordered for coffee and water to arrive, once again we had to remind them, waitress disappeared. I had two young kids with me, ages 8 and 11. Manager doesn’t leave his post, he stays far away from the rest of the restaurant. It wasn’t just us, most of the diners were angry at the service, manager is trying to get fired, staff really doesn’t want to work there. And if corporate cared, they’d do more than just send folks a link to get coupons. Never again. Mostly families sitting down, lots of small kids, no water for them after most were seated for at least 20 minutes. As I write this, I ordered 25 minutes ago, no food, nothing. Clock ticking…. We’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes. Bacon cheeseburger just arrived, no bacon. Not worth saying anything. They don’t care.

Worst experience ever. I see I’m not the only one based on previous reviews. Super dirty. Food was cold. Sat there for 40 mins for drinks to come out super late with food. At this point my toddler was already cranky horrible service. Management has gone super down. No one cares. Staff just stares at you when you ask for something like if it’s an inconvenience. Find a better job if you’re miserable serving. Place used to be sooo awesome a few years back but since has had no manager and ew owners like 3 times. Just close it and let everyone go. They’re horrible. Don’t waste time here
Ordered pumpkin pancakes for takeout and when I reached home I noticed they were overcooked and not edible. I tried to call the location a d it went to voicemail.

I was there last Tuesday as my friends and I have been coming on Tuesdays to take advantage of the senior discount. We usually ask to be seated at Briana’s assigned area but for whatever reason she was not there. (Hope she’s Ok)Geraldo had been asked to cover for her in her absence and I must say he did a wonderful job .Geraldo was very attentive and friendly ,getting us whatever we needed in a timely manor and made our visit very enjoyable. Thank you Geraldo. We will be back.
