I haven’t been here since the new owners took over, but I did today and wasn’t really happy I should’ve took a picture before giving this review. I bought 2 combos that comes with soda and fries and when I opened my box the fries was hardly any in there!!! Secondly they should come with sauce for the tenders not charge 2.00. I can see you charging if someone wants additional one.

Get the Chicken Sandwich!!! They were made fresh to order. Huge juicy chicken breast for the chicken sandwich. The coleslaw is super flavorful. Chicken wings and tenders are all very juicy, and quite large. Fast friendly service. Jerry's fries were fantastic. It's a bed of fries, topped with juicy chunks of chicken breast topped with Jerry's sauce and cheese. The beef dumplings were crispy, chewy and delicious. Get some soy garlic sauce to dip them in, that sauce is amazing. The pickles were super crunchy and delicious and not too salty which was a very refreshing surprise. There's comfortable seating area inside while you wait for your order. Definitely will be back to try more stuff.

Jerry’s Hot Chicken is an absolute gem! We tried their soy garlic chicken, and it was packed with flavor — perfectly crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside, and that sauce was downright addictive. The mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and the perfect comfort side. Everything we had was spot on and left us planning our next visit before we even finished. If you’re in Fair Lawn and looking for a delicious bite, Jerry’s is a must-try!

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo #1, medium. It was pretty seriously spicy for a medium. The woman who took my order was extremely friendly and patient as I read the entire menu, since it was my first visit. Order took about 15 minutes to prepare. I got my ginger ale and sat down.
There is almost no seating, and the few swiveling bar stools are pretty busted and uncomfortable, with backs so low they might as well be backless. Otherwise, no complaints.
The meal came packed in a white cardboard takeout lunch box with a cutout handle, but it was just taped shut with the handle flat on top. The cook was also very friendly and offered me a paper bag with a handle, but I declined since I was parked right around back. I ate in the car due to the lack of seating.
The sandwich had a HUGE piece of chicken sticking out literally about 80% larger than the bun it was served on, which was a good size and one of those glossy, perfectly smooth-topped buns, maybe a kind of brioche? Both the breading and sauce were pretty spicy. Slaw was mostly on one side of the sandwich, and pickles were also crowded together in the middle rather than evenly distributed. But good. The fries were the kind with some kinda batter on the outside, or maybe double fried, but not overly heavy and oily. They were super crispy, fluffy on the inside, with a good proportion between the crispy outside and soft inside, nicely seasoned, and a good portion size.
Overall very satisfied with the meal. Price was similar to every place now, $15 plus some tax, but I was happy with what I got. Definitely will try to check out some of the Korean fried chicken next time I'm in the area. Add some decent waiting chairs, and it'll be 5 stars across the board.
Amazing fried chicken !! Have not tried korean style chicken yet, but def. will go back for try different flavor. All my family enjoyed !! They put many extra wings too lol id you are near recommend to visit and try fried chicken and sandwich :)

I accidentally came across this place in my travels.
The chicken is cooked fresh, so there was a bit of a wait. The wait was well worth it!!!!
Portions were huge !!! The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was spot on. I'm so happy to have tried this place.
The establishment was clean and had a few chairs so that you could sit and wait while your food was being cooked. It is not an eat in establishment.
Parking can be a bit challenging as it's street parking only.

Been coming here for a little while now and I noticed that they were temporarily closed at some point. Now that they’re back open it seems like the portions got smaller and the prices went up. I always get the Jerry’s fries and they used to charge $10 for a full takeout container with a good amount of chicken and crispy fries. Now they serve in those small flimsy paper trays, use curly fries that look frozen, and I payed almost $13.
