Great experience! One of the best restaurants in North Jersey. Only complaint is about the number of confirmations they seek about reservations. We responded to text and emails to confirm we would make the reservation. And they still called twice to confirm (again). There were many empty tables at the time of our reservation, so it was unclear why they were so determined to repeatedly confirm our plans.
Everything was excellent! Our server was super attentive and very knowledgeable about celiac and my gluten allergy
Amazing service and food. Nice ambience after completion of the addition. Super professional valet and water stuff. Pleasantly surprised after like 4 years break. Fish dishes are tasty and eye pleasing. Many thanks !
A great experience all around. From the food to the drinks, the ambiance, the service, everything was top-notch. Came here for a 50th birthday dinner and Oceanos did not disappoint. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails and don't sleep on the bread! Homemade and delicious! A great evening out and we will definitely be back
Service was outstanding ! I was a little disappointed with the food which I felt has slipped since our last visit.
Food is good, the staff seem annoyed to be there. Expensive and you would expect to not feel like a bother to them.
What an amazing experience! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and right now it's decorated for the Christmas holiday. The menu has so many great choices. It was very, very difficult to choose. The server was friendly and knowledgeable overall a solid pic, especially if you like seafood.
Food, service, ambience was everything expected. The minute we entered to the minute we left everything exceeded our expectations
We love coming to Oceanos. We can count on them for the freshest specials. I love the special feeling when the waitstaff remember us and seat us at our favorite, regular table. The outside space is heated and beautifully designed. The only downside of Oceanos is that they don't have seasonal cocktails, it's always the same drinks which are delicious but sometimes you want a change.
My wife and I were given a gift certificate. We were able to have a beautiful dinner with appetizer entrée a drink a piece and dessert and came in just under the $200 mark. The food was exceptional along with the service. This restaurant is worthy of all the accolades that are given to it.

This was my third time dining at Oceanos and it was just as incredible as the first two. The food never disappoints. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender and full of flavor. Ashley was my server this evening and did a fantastic job pairing it with an amazing white wine that complemented the dish perfectly. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail make every visit here special. Oceanos continues to be one of my favorite spots for an exceptional dining experience.
We had a party of 5. The restaurant is beautifully designed. Love the white florals at the entrance. Valet was very quick. Food: For appetizers, the crab cakes and Blue Point and Spinny Creek oysters were phenomenal, 10/10 recommend. There was a honey cheese appetizer that I really disliked (spit it out) and far too much dressing ruined the golden beet salad. I got the tuna tartare app as my entree. It was just ok. My brother got the seafood linguini, which was was delicious, and my sisters really enjoyed the arctic char and stuffed shrimp. For dessert, get the Vesuvius and added on visino cherries - it was amazing! Service: Disappointing for the price point of the restaurant. Our waiter barely checked in on us, and it was very difficult to get his attention when we needed something. For example, I only got a Diet Coke as my beverage. It took 20 minutes to get his attention when I needed a refill and then he refilled it with the wrong soda twice (sprite then ginger ale). He seemed overwhelmed with the number of tables he had. Also, when they wrap your leftovers up, they give you a ticket so that it doesn't have to sit on the table. They lost my sister‘s leftovers. When you're paying $60 for an entrée, that's a little annoying. A woman (owner or manager maybe?) offered a gift card for the inconvenience. We were out of town so she gave us some cookies to take home instead. Overall - beautiful ambience but didn't the experience didn't leave a great impression. For the cost of the restaurant, I wouldn't come back.
Impressive from the moment you walk in. Relaxed, elegant, and well-run.
Always a great experience at Oceano's. My absolute favorite for quality seafood and service.
Food is amazing and they go out of there way to make your special occasion even more special
