Stopped by to meet some friends and grabbed soup and salad. The food was good but the service stinks. The person taking my order kept looking around like she was waiting for something to happen, was distracted and I kept having to repeat my order. I went back to order food to go. They were out of bread and what bread they had was for tomorrow, so they couldn't even sell me a loaf?? Not a great business plan. Ordered two bowls of soup, came home with 2 cups of soup, no bread and the knowledge that this place isn't worth the visit. If this corporation really cared about the customer experience, all these previous negative reviews would have resolved their problems before my visit.

This place absolutely sucks!!!!! Every Saturday my family sends me to pick up some breakfast here. And we like the egg soufflés. There is always an issue here. They never have enough. I try to call them in advance ordering some so they can put them aside. And they say they can’t do it and then I drive in and there are none left. I ask if they are making more and the answer is always no lol. Can a manager click some brain cells together and realize you guys never make enough to satisfy demand?

Place is okay, management is always yelling and cursing at kids. When they did nothing wrong except just walk in. But besides the point, the cashier was yelling at me for taking to long? I don't understand what goes on in this place but there's hopefully room for improvement

never go here! Me and my 12 year old friend came to get food after we got drinks from Starbucks. when we came in with our 5 plus dollar drinks they forced us to throw them out and threatened us to get kicked out for good. ps manager name was Taisie.
update- me and one of my friends we were going into Panera, not being in there the entire day and they kicked us out without us doing anything. after that, the worker Taisie said that she won’t let any kids in anymore then after that we saw kids go in and were getting service. Randomly when my friend was ordering i saw her go outside and my other friend saw her vaping.

Panera needs to evaluate the quality of personnel they have hired here. Absolutely abysmal. No proper greeting when taking my order, my family and I got a "What you want". No smiling, not a single cell of customer service trait shared amongst the staff here. My father ordered french onion soup, not a single onion was in his soup and few shredded cheese on top. When he complained, the lady that brought it back just dropped it on the table.
I understand Panera is not a 5 star restaurant, but there is a standard that employees in the service industry should all share as a standard and that's customer service. I used to come here all the time and it's embarrassing to see the level it has been reduced to.

I used to go to Panera Bread all the time so my sister my mother and my father everyone.. that's when the soup and half sandwich was like 8 or 9 dollars. Forget it. Seems like prices went up 30%

Wait at counter like 20 min to finally I call someone from the other desk to come and help me and place the order … then when the food was ready there Go to the drinks area No coffee all .. so I serve myself lemonade on this cold winter I don’t want to badder anyone again … go to the table omg all was sticky dirty …. Omg what happen here !! Guys Sooooooo desapointed !! Management !!! Do something !!! Ohhh but on recipt !! They do ask for tip !!! Of course !! Lol
