I had an eggplant Parm sandwich and it was delicious. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was really nice. I would definitely eat there again!

If I could this place zero stars, I would. We called a day in advance to schedule an order for Super Bowl Sunday. We had quite a few people we had to feed. They showed up an hour and a half late. Finally, when they arrived, they messed up the order. We were missing a pie and a special platter which was completely different. After explaining this to the delivery driver, and calling the location, there was not even an apology. The delivery driver said he mixed up the order and the actual order was in his car. He was not able to find the order. The restaurant did not do anything and did not show any customer service. Then, I get a phone call from a delivery driver 30 minutes later, saying that he will deliver another pie. As that happened the first delivery driver gave us a platter that we did not order and he gave us one of the pies. The other delivery driver said to give them the other pie back (which is not even sanitary) as if we were stealing a pizza pie for them. The owner here is a nasty cheapskate, and will never order from here again. Recommending that you go to another pizzeria.

I've been here numerous times, and I'm a picky guy from Brooklyn, NY, when it comes to pizza. Taken the kids there for other options, and it's always been great. There are no issues except when school is out, and there's 12 people standing around in a tight space either ordering or waiting for their order. However, they do move efficiently, so it's not such a big deal unless that kind of thing really bugs you. Aside from that, enjoy the experience.Parking: Limited number of spots, but always actively moving.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu selection and plenty of seating for big families.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to take. Decent room to maneuver a wheelchair if necessary. A bit problematic during the lunch rush.
I dont know what happened but the pizza isn't the same quality as it was about a year or so ago. We keep trying to see if we just got a bad pie, but it's consistent. We love Ray and have been going there for years, but someone else seems to be making the pizza. Its overcooked, thin crust, and just tastes blah. I guess if you like overcooked, you'll love it. One time we got pasta with broccoli and it was swimming in oil. Great people, just food isn't the same. Sorry Ray. We wish you the best.

Worst place.. I ordered a Grandma pie they brought a regular pie and charged me for the Grandma which is way more expensive, then they wanted the regular pie back so they can resell it and the grandma pie was cold..they waited at my door for the regular pie and were banging on the door wouldn't leave so we gave it back.. threatening people and they're NOT Italian.... Ewww is what they are yuck never again and I suggest not to order from them thugs No stars

I think it’s time for this review. I live locally and I get food here all the time. Their prices are a little higher than other places but it’s usually worth it.However, I cannot get over the fact that they don’t wrap their pizza rolls in foil. The first time I was given it in a brown bag, I put it on my car seat and it created a stain that was very difficult to get out. Another time, it ruined my jeans. Today we specifically asked for and foil, and they put it in a pizza box. Well, guess what? The oil bled through the box and stained my chair at home when I placed the box down. It’s frustrated enough for me to mention and they need to do something about it
