Sage Restaurant offers superb food, service, and ambiance, making it a delightful dining experience. The short ribs with rigatoni and ricotta, chicken parm, salmon dishes, shrimp, and fried calamari are all highly recommended. The restaurant's interior is more spacious than it appears from the outside, perfect for accommodating large groups like a party of seven. While the service can be a bit slow, the Thai calamari is a must-try dish. The burrata appetizer may be on the smaller side, but the chicken specials are delicious. The chocolate lava cake, however, was just alright. Overall, Sage Restaurant is worth a visit for its tasty dishes and pleasant atmosphere.
