Had take out. Pad thai noodles with chicken. The meat was alright, but didnt really like to much the noodles. A little bit more oil than what I would like. Otherwise the bistro looks clean and new and I didn’t have to wait too long for the food.

The food is good but the service could be better. I felt that I was being rushed. I was halfway through my meal and the server asked me if I wanted dessert. When I said No she put the bill on the table. I was quite disappointed . My friend and I have been coming to this place almost every week. As a regular customer I think we deserve better service or treatment.

Take out summer rolls. Very disappointing. Lots of noodles very little vegetable and the tofu had not been seasoned. It said mint leaves but I could not find them. Sauce was way too thick and tasteless. Will not order this again ever.Vegetarian options: Pho vegetarian but don’t get the summer rolls with tofu.

Place is quaint but clean. Service is friendly. I ordered Spicy Seafood Pho with lemongrass. I was told for the lemon grass it would be $1 extra, which I did not mind and appreciated the heads up. My daughter had the chicken satay and a side of rice. The chicken satay lacked flavor and the peanut sauce was terrible. My pho while not terrible was somehow sweet, not spicy and lacked flavor. It seems like the restaurant caters to an American palette. This is very disappointing as we live right down the road. Pho Saigon in Hackensack is a lot better without skipping the authenticity. And if you are out to eat pho, you're going to want it made the way it is supposed to be made, not catered to a bland or boring palette.

Vietnamese food is one of my favorite cuisines so I've had a lot of Viet food in my life. I've also been to Vietnam three times. So believe me when I say Saigon Bistro has really good Viet food! The grilled pork was delicious and juicy. Spring rolls were crispy and perfectly cooked. Summer rolls were also good. We also got the sweet corn pudding which we liked too. Oh service is great as well. We'll be back many times.

Food was good for a small place. Portions are big. Service wasn't bad. Lack the extra star bc they messed up my order but it was a honest mistake of not hearing correctly but we just kept the dish bc we felt bad. Also bc the dish I ordered wasn't the correct type of noodle. I guess they make it differently.

We ordered from here for the first time tonight - delivery. Wow were we pleasantly surprised. The food was exceptional. You could just taste the freshness, something you don't get everywhere. The presentation was just as pleasing, although there was a little snafu with Delivery, the manager made it right. This place is a real find. We will be back.
FINALLY a good Vietnamese restaurant that delivers and the food slaps everytime I order it. I have only ordered their food through Uber eats and everytime it’s been good! It’s fresh and delicious! The pho is amazing but the other dishes are very good too! I have had their curry noodles( very turmeric but not complaining- just stains my white counter tops) the shaken beef is very good, the summer rolls is full and fresh! All in all- this restaurant by far is the best Vietnamese take out I have ever had in my area as delivery! One day I’ll make it to the restaurant!
I recently visited Saigon Bistro and found it to be a charming, casual local spot. The inside seating is a bit limited, but the staff more than makes up for it with their warm and friendly service. I ordered the pho soup and summer rolls, and overall, I enjoyed my meal. The pho soup was generously portioned, allowing me to take half of it home. However, this time, I noticed that the soup wasn't as clear as I'd expected. It had some meat foam from the boiling process, which was a bit off-putting, but the flavor was still good. On the other hand, the summer rolls were a delightful appetizer, refreshing and tasty. Despite the slight issue with the pho soup, I would still recommend Saigon Bistro for a cozy dining experience with delicious Vietnamese cuisine.
