I have taken my wife here a couple times before. Everything was just ok.
Yesterday Sept 6th we were looking for a place to eat my wife suggested we give Craftsman another shot... big mistake. This time we had the kids in tow. They sat us in what used to be an outdoor seating area. And now has a metal roof which was perfect to listen to the rain falling and not hear my children.
We ordered our drinks. 4 of our drinks had some sort of kitchen debris in it. When my wife said something to the waitress did apologize but also annoyed. When she asked if we wanted to order my wife said she wasn't sure if we wanted to stay anymore. The waitress (i couldn't hear her name because of the rain. But she had pink hair) rolled her eyes at us.
We ordered anyways... instead of taking our queue. The meatball on the kid sliders were hard as a rock. The chicken tenders were terrible. I didn't believe my picky eater until I decided to eat them instead of wasting $15. It was the first time in recent memory that I haven't left a 20% tip.
Best of luck to Craftsman. I hope they figure this stuff out.

Food was excellent. Service was good. Only complaint is the valet. I dont think it necessary to have someone park your car that's 10-20 feet away from the door, when there is no event taking place. Patio was decorated nice but would've been been better if they opened the windows since it was a nice day.

Please be careful when visiting. Whem visiting a feew weeks ago, my friend was slipped something to her drink rendering her out of commission.
The place itself is not bad. Drinks are tasty, food is bland and the service is OK. Be vigilant when visiting.
