10:40 am and they don’t have a single donut in the store. Had to leave with a very upset 4 year old because he couldn’t get a donut after promising him I’d get him one. I’d like to know what they are Dunkin because it isn’t donuts

I often order decaf coffees and I always place order with my app right in there and watch them making my coffee because you will rarely get what you asked for unless you stand there and remind them. They simply don't read the order right or they just don't care!! I had to wait 18 minutes for my mobile order at 11:30am in the morning after morning rush hour. No apology, there is no such thing as customer service. You will get an attitude instead. Stay away from here!!!!

So I came into this location this morning of 10/4. It was more staff than usual. The young man that had taken my order continued to bite on his nail. As I continued to watch and wait for my coffee and food. The young nail biter than proceeded to ask the young food prep about the tips in the cup ( which usually doesn't get tallied until after the shifts). The nail biter proceeded to count the tips and hand the food prep some change from the tip cup. The food prep proceeded to accept the change from the nail biter and place the change in his pocket. Instead of changing his gloves, the food prep continued to prepare my food with the dirty glove with no avai. As I continued to watch, the nail biter continued to bite his nail and actually prepare someone's coffee without gloves. After proceeding to give the consumer her coffee the nail biter continued to bite his nail then reaching for a napkin to wipe his finger. Truly unsanitary from both individuals. I visited this location for 5 months before taking a break and never had a problem with hygienic conditions. This time was different and it will be my last.

Be prepared to wait while 6 employees do nothing to speed it up. Horrible service.
Perpetual construction. It's either the parking lot getting repaved or some building refurbishing. Meanwhileit never really looks good. It's the people (and their friendliness) that matters most. Focus on customer service instead of the brick and mortar if you want a successful business

The manager is not nice! I was there at 945am . After placing an online order at 930am . I arrived and my order was ready but no one had managed to place it in the online pickup . I asked foe a ketchup which they never place in the bag from one of the employees... he went to speak to the manager for 1 packet of ketchup. Previously she told me that they always place it in the bag. I had previously told her that was not the case. Today she told me you had to request it. I told her it was an online order through the app . Which does not give you an Option to add 1 ketchup pack...honestly this aggravation for 1 ketchup pack! Ridiculous!
