We got bagel sandwiches this morning and it was crazy how disappointing they were. Taylor Ham and cheese was laughable- two thin slices that were almost burnt. NJ has some great bagel sandwiches and this is a poor showing. These were all pathetic. Fillings need to double. Only highlight was the bagels were good. If I had to go back, I’d just get a bagel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the GREAT latte. It was made exactly as ordered with high quality coffee and the GOOD ice! You know the little ice like Chick Fila. Love IT.

Met the owner, Craig, and his passion is AWESOME! My love language is coffee and it appears his is too.
I didn't try the food but it looked amazing. They roast their own turkey, make their own Russian and coleslaw and had an impressive looking avocado toast.
I will 100% be back...bring my hubby next time! And perhaps I'll work one afternoon from there! Highly suggest you try it.

Employees seemed confused. I ordered 3 items, a chai tea, plain coffee, and a muffin. They handed me the tea and forgot everything else. When I reminded them, they had to check the register to confirm my order.
I received a reply from the owner and difficulty replying in the app. I admit I made an error, I didn't order a Chai tea. It was a caramel latte, so that was my error. Your attitude towards a customer complaint shows your disregard for customer service. Instead of an apology, it was an attack. I have been a manager for most of my 37-year career in quality assurance. I know how to respond to a customer complaint, and your reply is inappropriate. Your employees seemed stressed, which, based on your reply, is most likely a result of improper management.

Bagels are delicious; however, staff and overall environment was unwelcoming and to be frank, rude. Very unlike the other small businesses in Fanwood, which is disappointing. It felt as though my business and presence was bothering them. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, there is a right way to greet and interact with people and I think the owner and staff could benefit from learning a thing or two. I hope things change!

Their roasted turkey is DELICIOUS! Had their original turkey on a bagel and the club on their original bread and both were delicious. We’ve always been Cranford’s Best bagel people, but this may be our new favorite spot!

Best bagels in north jersey, quick service & great people who work here! Owner is an incredibly kind guy who has a love for coffee & can make you a great iced almond milk latte. Anytime I have a bagel anywhere else I always have to say “its not better than fanwood’s tho”
Asked for a small container of strawberry cream cheese and it wasn’t filled up. When I asked politely for it to be topped off, the employee told me it’s fine it’s how it should be. I live by customer service and this definitely fell short. Oh well…
