The staff are very rude! When calling in an order they rush you in the phone and when you get the order and it’s messed up, be prepared for a nasty attitude. I will not be going back

One of the things I truly can’t stand is when people try to trick customers. The sign on the window says kids eat free after 4. Went in there and they said no we just we didn’t take that down yet. Super rude about it too. This was in the SUMMER. It’s still up on the window and I just know it’s to get people to go inside. Erase the lie. False advertising.

This is my second visit and have to give big props for the food. Absolutely delicious and am enjoying having an omelette at lunch time thanks to their "breakfast all day." Be patient with the service and remember this establishment has a charitable motivation, as well. Any wait will be worth the terrific food.

Place wasn't busy. Ordered a tuna melt and sweet potato fries. After waiting 20 minutes we had to ask where our food was. Another 10 minutes passed and the plate was dropped on the table. No smile, no reaction, just dropped and slid the plate.The fries were piping hot, the tuna melt was barely warm. We also thought it was odd to have bacon on a tuna melt - the menu did not specify bacon. Since we are vegetarians we peeled it off.This was our first visit. Perhaps it was an "off" day. I would think long and hard about returning which is sad because their mission is very worthwhile.

When I arrived I was the only patron in the cafe. The music became very loud and when asked to turn the volume down I was told the manager said "no". Customer service is not very friendly. Will not be going back since I left with a migraine

The customer service is awful. I was the only patron and the manager didn't like the fact that my party of two would be there awhile. (They were open for another 3.5 hours) so he purposely increased the volume on the music. When asked to please lower the volume by myself and the other person with me he responded "no". We have spend many an afternoon their and will not be going back. There was never more than two other parties in the cafe while we were there yet they were trying to get us to leave. Again the customer service was awful, the ice tea I bought was bitter and the muffin was stale. Will never be going back

First time here- I ordered a avocado toast - which was two pieces of whole grain toast, with seeds! The healthy stuff! The avocado was fresh and bright, no dark spots or stale coloring. On top of each was a perfectly cooked poached egg- best I ever had out at a restaurant. White cooked through, yolk liquid - they gave mandarin oranges on the side which I liked- love to end any meal with something sweet. I apologize for the photo but I started eating before I got the untouched picture! I ate outside - there is seating outside and it was a beautiful day. It is on a busy street but that doesn't bother me. I would have gotten a coffee of some sort but the machine was out of order My only suggestion is put something positive and generic on the TV. Nothing news related. Something calming to start the day- like food network or hgtv or something to that effect. Not current events since it's stressful while eating.

@general manager your current tip settings are incorrect.right now it’s set to offer customers 12%,15% and 18%. please change the ipad to reflect 20%, 25%, and 30%20% is standard so to right off the bat suggest less than that is a disservice to your staff.god bless

Today a few friends and I stopped in between a dress fitting and lunch to grab a coffee. Upon entering, it's a very large space. However, I do feel like they're all over with what they're trying to offer guests. There doesn't seem to be a consistent theme. We all ordered different things and it took about 20 minutes to get everything. We also received them one at a time. There was a young girl more worried about texting and charging her phone than worrying about all 4 of us in the entire place getting our stuff. We sat down at a table which was dirty. Then again, it just seemed sort of dingy inside. The coffee was awful and we actually all threw ours away once we left. I asked for a French vanilla syrup in mine and didn't taste it at all.

Advertised free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal. We bought 3 adult meals and would NOT give us the one kids meal for our 3 year old for free??!! I suggested they give us a dessert to compensate us, they laughed at me. Food not great. Won’t come back.

Wonderful coffee shop in town with nice breakfast menu, plenty of tables, pastries, muffins, coffee, cappuccino, coffee and coffee :-) ... lunch is good too. Why did I stop in? I felt led... and I am happy that I followed that prompt. Great place to relax, they've got public internet if you need to connect... Paul is always working hard, and his staff is always friendly. High recommend!!
