Every time I have come here the employees have had a horrible attitude. I used the chipotlane three times and every time the workers have been extremely rude and today they were especially hostile and shoved the bag out the window without even looking at me. And it was not a peak hour . And i’m clearly not the only one who agrees this location is a mess. I’ve worked food service and retail jersey mike’s playa bowls homegoods, I get it, it can be grating. But if you can’t even attempt to show kindness or a smile to the customers showing that to you. get a new job. Maybe they need a new manager I don’t completely blame the crew. I’ve never written a review but this place is horrible why make one in itc if it turns people off so much they’d rather go to chester or ledgewood.

Disrespectful woman working the drive thru. Soon as a pulled up she mumbled something I said my name on the order gave me the wrong order. Then had an attitude saying she said a different name. It's not that hard to just ask for someone's name for the order instead of mumbling a random name hoping it's the right person.

Buying food at this chipotle location is like throwing away money. They put a very little amount of food on your bowl, if you ask for extra they think they’re doing you a favor. My daughter just bought me three bowls, I counted exactly 6 piece of chicken in my bowl. This is not how uou do business. So disappointing

the food is very good, but I do not know where they get the staff because they hire staff that treats the customers very badly and they give them a very bad face, they do not serve with a smile or a good attitude, they serve as if the customers were doing them a favor by buying the food, today in particular two girls, the cashier and the one who served the dishes, had a disgusting and horrible attitude, in front of me there was a family and the girls treated that family very badly, one of the girls yelled at the family asking them what else they wanted and the awful cashier does not greet her, there is no smile, these two workers work as if they hated customers if they do not like to work, they do not work, when it was my turn to be served I asked for chips and guacamole and a drink the cashier threw my glass and yelled at me why I did not tell her I was going to pay in cash !!! I mean, they both have to learn how to serve customers or if not, they should hire new people because with that terrible staff it's better to be alone, and the boss seeing how they two served customers poorly just looked and didn't say anything to them, he saw how the cashier threw me the money and didn't care, terrible service!!!

My visit today, 10/15, was pretty disappointing. While the food was decent, the restaurant itself was dirty. Nowhere clean to sit, so I took my meal back to work. Also, chips and a burrito were $22. Yikes. One and done.

I normally do not write in negative reviews however, this location needs to realize the importance of customers ( we are the ones spending money) .. This is the third time I’ve came to the Flanders location at off peak hours with the same result. Today I walked in ( the only customer) and stood there for over 5 minutes with the only acknowledgement being quick eye contact. Finally I asked the guy right at the front counter “ is there anyone here to take my order”. He gives the look like ‘not my problem’ and walked to the other employee around the corner to come help me. Like I said this is not the first time this has happened here.. Being in the business for 27 years I find this completely unacceptable in representing the brand name! I’ve never had a problem anywhere but in Flanders. We will not spend another penny here….

The first two visits were very good when they first opened. I went last night and the girl behind the counter was rude and had an attitude. I had to ask several times for extra rice in my bowl and the cheese and guacamole servings were very stingy. The carnitas which I normally love had no flavor. We were very disappointed and we may not go back unless they turn things around.

They barely put any chicken in the bowl or the burrito I ordered. I was shocked honestly, it was such a ridiculously small amount of chicken. I ordered online and went in to pick up my food.

Best Chipotle location in a 20 mile radius and it’s not even close. Portions are generous, location is clean, and line service moves efficiently. Management really cares about the customer experience and has gone above and beyond to make sure every visit hits the mark. I drive past 2 other Chipotle locations to specifically go to this one because I know I can expect a great experience here. Thanks Ramon and staff, you and your team are the best!
