I’ve been coming to this bagel shop often and for quite a long time, because the food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent. The staff members are friendly and hardworking, and I’ve never had an issue with either the service or the quality of what I order.
That being said, I feel it’s important to share a concern. On several occasions, I’ve witnessed the manager, **Lulu**, speaking very harshly and disrespectfully to employees in front of Us customers and I've also witnessed the same lady speaking very Rude to many Costumers. It’s Very uncomfortable to watch and creates a Very negative atmosphere that takes away from the otherwise great experience. As a customer, I don’t appreciate seeing Staff and Costumers treated poorly, and it honestly makes me hesitant to return—even though I love the food.
I truly hope the **owner (I believe his name is **HENRY**) is made aware of this situation, because this shop has so much potential and an incredible staff that deserves to be supported and respected. With such great food and service, it would be a shame for customers to stop coming because of management behavior!!!!!

Bagels are small and not hard enough on the outside. Prices are high. I had a chicken salad on an everything bagel, it was $11 dollars and change. The are other local bagel shops that have bigger and better priced bagels

I needed catering for a large number of people, and needed it within the hour. I called a few places that said there was no way. I called Flanders Bagels and they couldn't have been nicer. They said they could do it and do it in the timeframe I needed. I went and picked the order up and it was perfect. Everything was ready with all the condiments and one of the employees even helped e out to my car with the sandwiches. Thank you Flanders Bagels!!

Best bagels ever!!!! They have an amazing variety of sandwiches no matter what you order you can't go wrong. The prices are decent, the food is amazing. They make the best bagels I've ever had. I've been going here for over 20 years and even though it's changed hands a few times the people that run it now kept the same amazing recipes and make the same amazing Bagels. I highly recommend this place. Go check them out you won't be disappointed.
