My wife was out running errands while I was watching our new, 2 month-old baby when she suggested we get some Jersey Mike’s for dinner. I’m a prior GM from one of the Wayne locations and have an addiction to the chipotle and Southwest cheesesteaks. I’ve never had one that tasted quite as good as the ones I made(I’ve been cooking my whole life and part of the restaurant industry for 15+)….. until today!! I ordered the Southwest Philly with some customizations and the sandwich that was brought to me is hands down the best Philly sandwich I’ve ever had from Jersey Mike’s!! Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the gentleman that made my sandwich, but I would like to thank you for the scrumptious morsel now sitting in my stomach. Keep being awesome at what you do! Always get a good , fresh sub in flanders. Had a mad experience yesterday when I ordered subs from Chester jersey mikes…. The bread was cut short and was stale. Flanders 100% better.

Decent Jersey Mikes. Watch out for the root beer machine, splattered all over my sweatshirt, customer service was great though, gave me cans from the fridge without a second

Jersey Mikes is a very poorly run franchise who comically mess us every order i place - im not a complainer but its amazing how bad they are at what they do - i spent $50 and gave them a $5 tip - on the phone i repeated the order twice and the guy on the phone poo pood me and said “i got it i got it”! No read back - no paraphrase - no double check - this should be mandatory in their training - simple order 2 giant subs - onions on the side - 2 pepsi - i pull out onto rt 206 and check the bag and sure enough 1)no onions at all 2) also sodas were warm not even cool 3) and I received no receipt at all on a curbside cash paid order - the guy said oh yeah the sodas just came in and i said well they’re undrinkable right now which is when i need them - sorry everyone was nice but its a very very overrated and overpriced franchise
