They sell bottled sodas at the counter which were all hot, I asked for a cup and he offered to give me a cup you would get for an infant as a sippy cup. I asked for a bigger cup and he said I would have to pay for a fountain drink all the same…..i come here often and have no complaints on the food but the customer service here sucks……

I used to love Panda Express. But boy have they gone down hill.
I had a Bowl today. King po chicken for my side I picked pork fried rice

The king po chicken was pretty good, but what they do is ladel on 3 or 4 large heaps of Rice, and a scrappy little spoon of the King po.

The rice tastes like cardboard. Dry, basically flavorless.

So $10 for a bowl of rice.

Add to that the inexcusable waste of the black plastic food containers that coukd be recycled but they just have 1 trash can and nothing to separate out the plastic containers, forks, etc

Sorry Panda Express, you have lost my business.

(Hated it) so different. Just food with no seasoning. They don't worry too much about refilling. Maybe I'll try something different next time. Plus I went to the bathroom and had like three people standing outside my door. No chineese flavor. Maybe I has wring dish. Plus my throat hurted rite after the food realley bad
I also realize they use same serving utensil for food with mushroom than food without mushroom. No respect for allergies.

Ordered 3 item, recieved 2 items. Was spilled all over in the bag. Noodles were so old and dried out. The beef was so over done and old. It was like they had left overs from lunch they were still trying to give out. In the shrimp and walnuts recieved 4 shrimp. I tell you panda express was always a favorite. Not anymore. This is terrible it wasn't even super busy.

I ordered a plate with fried rice and orange chicken around 8:25 PM last night. The chicken didn’t taste fresh at all, and after eating it, both my wife and I ended up with stomach upset and vomiting later that night. On top of that, the staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem interested in helping customers. Very disappointing experience, especially since I’ve usually liked Panda Express. I hope the management checks their food quality, freshness, and customer service.

Food wasn’t good, don’t recommend, not 1 star only because the girl at the register was nice

Walked in to eat with my elderly mother. Purchased a bottled drink as well and wanted to have their smallest cup with the bottle as it is easier for my mother to drink from it. $2.35 for their smallest cup so my mother can pour her purchased bottle of ginger ale in it lol. Let it sink in.

My first time at this restaurant. The food & service were great. However, I gave it 4 stars because most of the tables were dirty. I ate in & was there for about 20 minutes. I never saw any employee come to clean the dirty tables or remove the full garbage receptacle & piled-high trays. I did see an employee sitting, probably on a break, which he has a right to do. But seeing that while the area is dirty doesn't look good. The manager should be going around the restaurant making sure someone is there to clean the tables & removing the full garbage receptacle & piled-up trays.

I order ahead because i want to pick it up on my lunch break. The last 4 times its never ready. The people coming it get served but ibget ignored even when i tell them im here for a pick up. Everyone is standing around and 1 person is working that appears to be the manager. The one kid was on his phone for 5 mins he would fake do something and be right back to this phone. The first few times i figured it was because they were new but its not

When i ask if they can cook a new batch of sesame chicken the cheff is like “im going on my break” as a customer i dont know what to say but leave

I wanted to like this place so bad. I've been 3 times and everytime it gets worse. They are always low on the most popular items. The people cooking and the people serving need better communication when items are running low. There is no reason for it to take 20 minutes to make fried rice.

I’m not one to leave google reviews often but employees were just too great not too!
They welcomed me the moment I walk in, put my order together nicely and wasn’t skimpy on the food. They even walked around with sauces asking if I needed anything. Very kind group
