Panda Express

Grubhub warning - although my order and email verification showed pickup between 435-445pm, Panda Express had a 744pm pickup time scheduled for my catering order. Obviously, it was not prepared when I arrived at 445pm. But I have to commend the Panda Express staff for preparing the food as quickly as possible once it was established that they had the wrong pickup time.

Decided to just stop in and pick up some food to take home. I didn't realize that everything is pre-made and sitting there under warmer lights. I was looking for something fresh made. Basically everything is bland with not a whole lot of flavor. Almost like getting frozen Chinese food and reheating. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good. The place it looks pretty good. Service okay. Person at the counter was a little difficult to communicate with. I wish I could have gotten more information. This is probably a one visit place for myself I don't see myself going back for this kind of quality. Price was not that bad.

Slow, even if you order in app for pickup, just SLOW either pickup or dine in, both slow. They won’t prepare your order just because you ordered it in advance thru the app, they’ll prepare it when you’re in-store. I don’t get the point of food pickup, if it’s that slow. So disappointing.

The guy working in the front rushed us when there was no line at all. The restaurant was completely out of entrees and the ones that they did have were cold, stale and very old. The bathroom had alcohol containers and I’m pretty sure the guy working the front was drinking, his breath smelled like hard liquor.

the place is a mess, assistant manager serving food with no gloves on and touching my noodles with bare hands after handling cash transactions.. food containers are filthy, waited 20 mins for low mein

This location is the worst, portions are always way off and the food is not nearly as good as the ledgewood location.

Awesome food! I was pleasantly surprised by the service and my meal. I will be going back!

They sell bottled sodas at the counter which were all hot, I asked for a cup and he offered to give me a cup you would get for an infant as a sippy cup. I asked for a bigger cup and he said I would have to pay for a fountain drink all the same…..i come here often and have no complaints on the food but the customer service here sucks……

Recommended dishes: Fried Rice, Teriyaki Chicken Panda Cub Meal

I used to love Panda Express. But boy have they gone down hill.
I had a Bowl today. King po chicken for my side I picked pork fried rice

The king po chicken was pretty good, but what they do is ladel on 3 or 4 large heaps of Rice, and a scrappy little spoon of the King po.

The rice tastes like cardboard. Dry, basically flavorless.

So $10 for a bowl of rice.

Add to that the inexcusable waste of the black plastic food containers that coukd be recycled but they just have 1 trash can and nothing to separate out the plastic containers, forks, etc

Sorry Panda Express, you have lost my business.

(Hated it) so different. Just food with no seasoning. They don't worry too much about refilling. Maybe I'll try something different next time. Plus I went to the bathroom and had like three people standing outside my door. No chineese flavor. Maybe I has wring dish. Plus my throat hurted rite after the food realley bad
I also realize they use same serving utensil for food with mushroom than food without mushroom. No respect for allergies.

Ordered 3 item, recieved 2 items. Was spilled all over in the bag. Noodles were so old and dried out. The beef was so over done and old. It was like they had left overs from lunch they were still trying to give out. In the shrimp and walnuts recieved 4 shrimp. I tell you panda express was always a favorite. Not anymore. This is terrible it wasn't even super busy.

I ordered a plate with fried rice and orange chicken around 8:25 PM last night. The chicken didn’t taste fresh at all, and after eating it, both my wife and I ended up with stomach upset and vomiting later that night. On top of that, the staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem interested in helping customers. Very disappointing experience, especially since I’ve usually liked Panda Express. I hope the management checks their food quality, freshness, and customer service.
