if I could do 0 stars I would. I went today for soup for lunch. the chicken noodle was empty. I asked for more. it took them 5 MINUTES to bring out more soup and then the lady that works there argued with me saying there was soup in the last one. IT WAS ONLY BROTH. IM NOT PAYING $6 FOR BROTH. DO YOUR JOBS AND KEEP THE SOUP STOCKED. IT WAS NOON , LUNCH TIME. YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT THE FOOD IS ALL STOCKED BEFORE LUNCH TIME LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! and the fact that the lady was rude to me and argued with me about it. I come to this location almost every day and that's how they treat me? seriously ? screw that.

Dirtiest Quick check I've ever been to. You can literally SEE ALL THE GARBAGE asking the edge of the floors and your not slipping because it's wet, but because it's SO DIRTY.
Came for a quick bite walked right out. If they can't clean the floors from what looks like WEEKS of not being fully clean I can't imagine hands CAN POSSIBLY be clean here 🤢

Please go to WAWA INSTEAD, it’s 5 mins away right up the street! Smh they need to clean up lids to cups are all over, counters are ALWAYS sticky with juice and coffee dried all over, the condiments for the coffee are never filled and the coffee pots are always empty like what’s the point oh and let’s not forget about the old soup in the pots smh ! Where is management? Who’s in charge of this location ? the staff is not friendly at all everyone just look unhappy and the ladies behind the food counter are always complaining and talking about the co workers instead of cleaning and adding fresh coffee & soup in the pots. The nicest employees are the gentleman outside pumping gas! 🤯

This location is understaffed and dirty. The only reason I stop here is there’s nothing else open at the time. Actually I won’t eat or drink anything from this location that’s not prepackaged from the manufacturer. The place is too dirty and the claims of other reviewers make eating or drinking anything the employees touch pretty scary. This store needs a visit from an inspector.

The coffee in pot in the stall was colder than catpiss.. A fresh one was being brewed. So I asked one of the staff members to get some the fresh pot. Every other QuickChek I've been, always gladly give it from the brewing pot. But this guy at this location plainly refused with some attitude.

Upon purchasing a broccoli and cheddar soup, I was disappointed to find that it was served cold. When I brought this to the attention of one of your employees, I was informed that the burner had not been turned on. No refund! I was hungry so I purchased a sub, I encountered another uncomfortable situation where the staff member preparing my sandwich was speaking over it, resulting in visible spit being expelled.
I believe that these incidents could have been avoided with more attention to detail and proper training of your staff on food handling and customer service etiquette. I hope that you will take this feedback constructively to improve the service quality at your Quick Chek store.

Watched a worker pull hair out of food and I asked if they were supposed to wear hairnet and was totally blown off and she continued working like nothing happend would not recommend getting food from this establishment
I stopped at the gas station like usual I work in NJ and I stop thee twice a week to put gas after work because I live in PA and never had a problem before, but tonight around 11:20 pm there is a young guy with glasses that I never saw before, on his phone texting when he was in his way to me, never said hi or good night, I told him I want a full tank he walked way to keep texting because at this point I’m looking at him, and when the pump finished he didn’t even noticed , I keep looking and I was about to get off my car because I was tired but I decided to honk my car horn and the guy stopped texting, grab the pump and and he slammed the gas door. Very Poor customer service that guy should not be on his phone

Worst quickchek with worst customer service. One time I went there, I was getting gas, stayed in my car for 5 minutes and no gas attendant showed up so I had to pump it myself. Another time, I went inside to get food and a drink. There was only one employee in the back preparing food while there were 7 other customers waiting, with more coming in. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food. I had the patience to wait for 15 more minutes but I still didn't get my drink so I had to get a refund. The employee who gave me my refund then decides to help out in the back when she saw for the past 45 minutes that so many people have been waiting for their orders. Never again!

Staff at the store was very polite and personable. All smiling faces I saw. Just be careful. Stopped here to use the restroom on the way to Great Wolf. I was in a stall at the end for wheelchairs. I heard someone rush in, to use the toilet. Heard that person flush, unlock and open the door to exit the stall. As I open the door to exit my stall, I see the Quickchek employee grab the door handle to exit the restroom without washing her hands. She didn't know I was in there. When she heard me, she turned around to go wash her hands and tried to make small talk. All I can say is I hope she is not working in the area where they make sandwiches. This is why contagious illnesses prevail. People aren't washing their hands and then they go and touch everything. Unbeknownst to us we will then go and touch what they've touched and become afflicted with whatever illness they've been afflicted with. Wash and sanitize hands always, and pray over everything you touch and consume because you just don't know.

Great customer service. The labels got mixed up on the sandwich’s and I got to the car with another persons sub. Joe was awesome about it and remade the sub and made sure it was perfect. I don’t typically leave reviews, but Joe (and the rest of the staff) going above and beyond is commendable.
