It was about time I returned to Mount Olive and came into this place. Building took years and what we got was a big parking lot and a tiny little Wawa. But it did its job. Like honestly, no complaints. This place is probably hell during the day and the intersection must be awful but I went at night so in isolation, this was a great visit. As I come down on some of my last reviews to Google local guide level 7, I am honored for this location to be a part of my journey.

Ordered a sub BLT without the bread. There was no bacon on it, and I paid extra for avocado and there was no avocado on it either. Didn't realize it till I got home and wasn't going to go back to complain. I emailed Wawa yesterday and still have no response. If they respond appropriately, I'm happy to change my review. Until then, they need to pay attention. Definitely understaffed, and I understand why mistakes could happen for that reason. Management also needs to figure out a way to hire more people to fix issues like this.

Horrible staff three people standing around doing nothing meanwhile they refuse to cash my lottery ticket because it's after 10:00 p.m. this is a lousy excuse I have cashed tickets there past 10:00 p.m. many times I will not be spending money at the store in the future it's very inconvenient. Every time I try to get something done at this store they never miss an opportunity to inconvenience me

Well this afternoon I had one of the best experience in wawa. First time too, at this location, we live in Long Branch... I am driving back come from a 4hrs drive with my 3 yr old (who has diary allergies and had sensitivity to certain foods). I entered with an idea for her to eat. Was going to take my chances on purchasing a regular hotdogs 🌠but I asked Alex behind the food area if it was possible to do it separately and he said he will asked. Little after Nick comes out and may me feel great when he took his time on listening to me and said he was going to take care of it. In which I said if it would get them in trouble I would of taken my chances... he responds was No, its ok its going to take a few mins but I'll get it done... Beyond grateful WAWA with your 2 wonderful staff... Thanks again Alex and Nick.

Spend a good amount of money. My 4 and 5 year old children needed to us the bathroom and it was closed for cleaning but no one was cleaning it no manger to be found asked an employee to use it but she said it was down even though it would took my kids 2 min tops ti use the bathroom. Very upset that I went through this

Those icee machines are quickly becoming the new McDonald’s ice cream machines. They shoot out this hard mush thats pretty much non drinkable. The last five times I’ve tried to get one for my kid….thing explodes out this blue grossness
The gas station itself is fine, seems to have a lot of snack and beverage options. My one star is because I think it's absolutely ridiculous that a place that many people who are traveling will stop doesn't have any place to change a baby's diaper. We stopped here thinking we could get food, gas, clean up our kids , and do everything all in one stop . Both of my kids had poopy diapers and we ended up having to change them on top of a garbage can behind the gas station ( normally we would just do it somewhere in the car in a pinch like this, but with the car loaded with luggage there is no space). It's bad enough when the men's bathroom doesn't have a changing table , but for there not to be one in the women's bathroom is outrageous.

The guy with the receded hairline working the gas pumps needs a better attitude and to stop making sarcastic comments to people if you’re that miserable with your job he needs to work somewhere else I come here every day spend probably 30 bucks well they just lost a customer

The coffee is awesome. Only ONE complaint i have - the service at the cash register. I go in at 5:30 every morning. Mornings are the busiest times for a convenience store.. and there is NEVER a cashier at the register. And i DONT blame the employees, i blame the manager/management at the Flanders WaWa. They either A, need to hire more people or B, schedule your shift(s) accordingly to the traffic that the store takes in. As a store, you are ALWAYS supposed to have someone at the cash register. That time of the morning, people are in a rush to get to work. This morning i had my usual, 20oz coffee, bottle of chocolate milk and a banana... i was standing at the register for a good 4 minutes. 2 people in the back, one making coffee, one making sandwiches and one girl taking care of the soda machine...I finally got frustrated, left $6 at the register and walked out. So again - HIRE MORE PEOPLE, HAVE YOUR REGISTER ALWAYS COVERED. I always pay cash, some people do not use the self check out machines.

I got the worst made sandwich I have ever had this morning, esp since the servers should expect that the food they are making will be consumed in a car. From the moment I started to unwrap it, pieces started to fall out of the paper. The sandwich was only in one sheet of paper and was not wrapped so that each piece can be consumed while wrapped to contain mess. Also this was the first time I got a breakfast sandwich here, and the menu shows sausage patties and egg patties which would be easier to handle as a to go sandwich. I really can't understand why people even go here for a chopped up pieces breakfast sandwich that will fall apart as soon as soon as it is unwrapped.
