Quite possibly the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been in. The best burria tacos I've ever had in my life! Service was impeccable. Food from beginning to end impeccable. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant, including the bathrooms, is superb. The decor brings you to another place while you're enjoying their great food. If you live far, it's worth the ride. If you live close, you're lucky, I'm jealous. We drove an hour to get here. And it's going to be one of my favorite restaurants to go to! The food is just amazing!!10 Stars!

Agave Brunch Bistro Café is one of the best places in Flemington! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere is cozy and tropical perfect for brunch with family or friends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome every time. I totally recommend trying their chilaquiles, pancakes, and fresh juices. You can even bring your own drinks (BYOB)!

Great friendly welcoming staff. Delicious tacos (we had the carnitas (pork) and birra (beef), these were my favorite, only two tacos are shown cause I ate them before the picture, lol). Also for appetizer had the mussels and the queso both were very plentiful for two people and delicious. BYOB always a fantastic option. Lastly, the server Johnny was super attentive, friendly and very professional. Definitively must repeat with family and big group.

Delicious and fresh with generous portions. The birria is milder than I expected but very hearty and satisfying, and it can be immediately spiced up with the provided chili sauce. The onion rings need special mention, the batter was still crispy and delicious at room temperature.
What a wonder gem. Freshly squeezed mango and mint lemonade was mind blowing. Food was amazing too. It has become my fav mexican restaurant now

The food was good, but the service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered online and were told that the food will be ready at 7:35 PM. We have arrived at 7:35 PM and told it would be six more minutes. We waited about 15 more minutes then asked about the food again. We were then told it would just be 10 more minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes or so after that, I asked for a refund if the food wasn’t coming out immediately. They were then able to produce the food. Look, we all understand that restaurants get busy and kitchens get backed up. Just don’t tell me my food is going to be ready in a few minutes when you know very well that the kitchen hasn’t even started it yet. If your kitchen is that backed up, stop taking online orders and stop seating people until you get caught up. If I had been told when I got there “Look, our kitchen is backed up, we haven’t started your order and it is going to be another 30-45 minutes”, I would have appreciated the honesty more than the communication that I got last Friday, 9/5. It’s a real shame because the food was pretty good.
