Just had lunch here today. They’ve got a pretty large menu with tons of options. Their birria tacos in particular are delicious. The service is very friendly and helpful. It’s a cool little place with a fun atmosphere, I will definitely be returning.

Our experience started off a little rocky with the server automatically bringing out bottled water instead of asking us if we wanted tap. Also, no free chips and salsa which is normally expected of a mexican restaurant. And our appetizer of chips and guac was completely underwhelming. However, our main dishes were fantastic and loaded with flavor. We ordered birria tacos, al pastor tacos, and the skirt steak. Al pastor tacos were some of the best I ever had. Overall, Agave is a nice stop for a casual dinner with yummy entrees.

3/18/24 - My wife and I had lunch at Agave today. We've driven by often but this was our first visit. We parked out front but there appears to be parking around back too. My wife ordered the chicken tostada and I ordered the Impossible Burger. Both were fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Hidden gem in Stanton! Met a friend for lunch- delicious fresh blue corn tortillas with shredded beef and wonderful house made chips and salsa. Clean, cheerful and whimsical atmosphere. We had a great time, worth the trip!
