If you’re looking for the best general tso’s chicken, or sesame chicken around the Flemington area, Aikou is the place to go. Been ordering their food for a while now.. every single time it has consistently been delicious. The portion is a fair amount for one person. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of rice you get. I wish they would give you a bit more rice with the meal. One little cup of rice is not enough with the entree. However, always satisfied with the chicken.

Please do not go here. I used to be a regular, but after my wife and I ordered about $75 worth of rolls, we both became violently ill. When I contacted the restaurant, the response was extremely disappointing. The owner repeatedly said they were “very busy” and offered only 10% off a future visit. No apology, no concern, and no effort to make things right. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Fresh!!! Quality ingredients, we order to-go often. Always everything is packed well, hot kitchen items always in separate bag from the sushi, thank you for that.
Try the sushi pizza, or if you want something grilled, the Ika. 2 of our favorites.
The house special seafood soup is fantastic.

I placed an order online and was charged a service fee. Paying cash and they wanted to know what I’m tipping ahead of time? I said I would pay a 15% tip on order and the woman that gave me my food was so nasty that I wish I said nothing. I find it insane that would demand a tip for a pick up order. Also, and most importantly, the food tasted like supermarket sushi. It was cheaply made, with subpar ingredients and thrown together. The food also caused stomach issues immediately after eating. I only tried this place bec my usual sushi place is not available right now. What a waste of money, so disappointing. I would never return.

Ordered angel roll, sexy girl roll, spicy tuna roll, chicken satay and pad thai. Sushi was dry and not fresh tasting. The soy sauce the gave us tasted like they added salt it was so salty. The spicy “tuna” roll was all cruncy stuff and no tuna. Its just a brown, greasy lump wrapped in rice. The chicken satay was not seasoned and tasted like plain chicken breast. You only get 2 pieces also. Prices are outrageous for food of this quality. Total rip off! Some of the worst sushi I ever had. Pad thai was below average as well. Spent $100 on food that was terrible!

Don’t order delivery! After placing an order, the restaurant called to say they had no delivery driver (then why offer delivery)? He then went on to complain about the difficulty in locating the address provided and went even as far as questioning me about the tip. He then refused to deliver without an additional tip on top of the restaurant charging a delivery fee, tax, and processing fee that are all charged on top of your food. He even went as far as to ask if additional cash would be left for the driver’s tip. Ended up canceling the order and will not return! Instead of explaining the extra fees in addition to a tip, they spoke with a patronizing tone as if we didn’t understand how tips and tax work. Rude, horrific customer service. Rather take my money elsewhere where the restaurant staff is graceful and kind.
