We were there, meeting for the first time our Slovenia cousins and they wanted Italian, they were not disappointed. Our server, Alex, was the best! Our group of 11 were treated so kindly! The restaurant had 2 other parties going on and it didn't even feel like it. You can't go wrong with this restaurant!!!

We had the worst experience with Al Fresco’s. The pizza was cold, stale, and honestly inedible. When we called to let them know, the person named Taso on the phone was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering any apology or resolution, he blamed us for picking it up “an hour late” Even if there had been a delay, a good business would have handled it with professionalism and courtesy. Instead, we were met with arrogance, zero accountability, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Absolutely unacceptable. We will not be ordering from Al Fresco’s again, and I would strongly caution others against it. There are plenty of great pizza places that actually care about their customers — this is not one

Was at a private event where select foods were served. ALL of the food was excellent. One common denominator in a lot of the dishes was the red sauce, it was a great sauce and enhanced the flavor of all the dishes

I had just come from my identical twin brothers Viewing at Peninsula Funeral Home. It had been a difficult week for me because he passed. Al Fresco's is a place that my brother introduced me to. He and the owner had become close friends because Wayne was always coming in late because he worked in the car business. at Casey BMW. The owner even named the seafood salad after Wayne. He called it the Wayne salad. It was always a special place for both of us. It just felt like the right place to be in view of all that was going on. I had a beautiful meal and the service was impeccable.
