The menu offers so many options. I went with the just bacon burger and I was happy with my choice. The fries were really good and the Mac and cheese was also good. Beyond the food being good and the waiters and staff are fantastic and they have a great check out system which makes it easy to pay your bill at the end when you are ready.

The food is decent, but unfortunately does not make up for the absolutely filthy bathrooms and the terrible service. The young girls sat us and let the older servers do the rest of the work while they talked with their friends. And even then nobody took our order for at least 15 minutes.

I come here every couple of months. I'm usually two to three times and I have never been disappointed when eating here. The food's always good and I'm not an adult so I can't speak for the alcohol menu. But their root beer is great and I love a good root beer. But yeah, as I said I've never been disappointed and whenever I order a rack of ribs they're always amazing. That's all I wanted to say. My only real point that I have is sometimes it feels like the waiters aren't really tending to the tables and more. Just hang around the bar and kind of forget the people at the tables but then again I'm too shy to call them over but in all reality, that's just a bunch of nitpicks
Parking: I mean it's looking at a strip mall. You would have to be really blind to not find it
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure I saw a ramp to roll them in but then again I don't remember but I'm pretty sure I saw one

I went into chili’s around 6pm today and was delighted by the kind staff. Recently, everywhere I seem to eat out has ignorant teenagers serving, but I was greeted by the host, a kind young lady. I felt very welcome which is hard to come by nowadays. I chatted with multipule staff members throughout my meal. The lava cake was absolutely to die for. I am very impressed by this establishment and their dedication to customer service.

Came in specifically to watch game 5 of the ALDS. Super important to me, but there are 14 TVs if it’s not to anyone else, right? Told the host what game I was watching, sat me very far away. I put myself under that tv while my family sat at our booth. Then they changed that tv. Why? Not sure, because two main TVs didn’t even have games on. Most may not care, but don’t come here if you think it might be a sports bar. I missed everything I wanted to see and they couldn’t be bothered.

This is a nice place. I have been here many times. The staff is always friendly and the prices are decent. They go out of their way to make you happy and always checking in regularly. I especially love the ribs and chili lime corn on the cob. Be sure to setup the chilis app. I almost always get the free chips and salsa.
Predictable. Food is ok. Had us move ONE table over because "that section was closed".

Our server was very nice and attentive. She did a good job. Our issue was that the soup had hair in it. Server apologized. Brought a fresh soup. Never visited by a manager. Looked all around the restaurant and never saw a single manager on the floor anywhere.
