As fast food prices rise I've found this restaurant to be a great deal with better environment, service and quality for a comparable price.

Used to be a nice place. There are some changes to the menu. A bunch of items have been removed and the service has gone downhill. We went during the week and half the restaurant was empty. I assumed since there was a lack of customers the service and waiting time would be better. Umong other things, the service was bad and we will not be going back to this location.

Sat at the bar. Came to eat here twice within a few months time. And before that a few times. Worst chili’s around! The service i received with my company has been horrible each time I’ve gone.its always the two same girls working! The two rude girls were there working each time. We left no tip at all. They didn’t deserve a dime. And if i decide to go back as it’s the closest to my house i will continue to not leave tips if their service continues to be terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a first drink, seemed like the girl didn’t know how to make a drink or it just looked like she was purposely going slow. . Never received water that we asked for . Never received napkins that we asked for. We didn’t know which one was our actual server as both girls seemed to be handling our order. One gave a drink to my friend and the other girl came with my drink. One girl came out with our appetizer, and for 45 minutes no one came to check on us. Finally as we called one girl over she came with attitude as if we were bothering her little huddle fun in the far end of the bar. We were done with our app and drinks for a long time, we were waiting to actually order our main food, maybe get napkins and our waters and wanted to just be acknowledged. There were only two of us. And about four other people at the bar area. So it was not busy. Food was ok, and there is one dish i do really like that idk i guess brings me back there. I guess I’ll have to hit up the other locations once in awhile as I’ve heard service at other chili’s is so much better.. next time i go to the flemington location I’ll be sure to get the girls names and a few pics and videos of their service so that can be displayed.

We had dinner at Chili's in Flemington for the first time in several years. We were pleasantly surprised to find it operating as a well-oiled machine. The food was goo and the service was fantastic! Julian, our waiter, was friendly and efficient. He checked in on us several times.

Enjoyed in the past but will never go back. Was there yesterday for lunch and after we ordered we patiently waited 35 minutes and then noticed that people who came in after us started getting their orders. I called the waiter over and complained about the wait. He said he thought it was long too but that there may be a delay with the steamed broccoli (really?). After 5 more minutes I found the manager and she said she would check on it be right back. While she was gone the food was brought out by a different server - clearly it had been left under the heat lamp the whole time. The buns were rock hard, the mushrooms desiccated, and the fries burnt (ironically the broccoli looked fine lol). The manager finally came back and after knocking on the buns to make my point about the heat lamp I told her we were leaving. To her credit she agreed that that was what happened and did apologize, she then offered us a free meal if we'd wait - but fearing what might come out next we declined and left. Word of advice - train the staff. At least glance at the food before you bring it to the table. If it looks off it probably is (or worse).
